The hotel was very well kept and the amenities were excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very enjoyable. I will look to stay there again!

One of our favorite places to stay downtown Salt Lake City. Great staff and the rooms are nice.

My daughter and I had a nice time going out to dinner and shopping , loved the pool and sauna, and the fact it was open 24 hours! There's a Starbucks next door. Will be staying again!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff and facilities were outstanding. Great value for your dollar.

Staff went above and beyond to fill my every need! My friend ended up getting sick and asked for a late check out and they didn't charge extra for late check out witch was great

Nice comfortable stay. Service was terrific, very spacious room, always clean and made up early. Very nice breakfast

Two double beds plus a full size sofa bed. Perfect for my 3 kids. Very few hotels have similar options. Room is very clean and spacious. Great indoor pool. But breakfast is pricey. I don't think 3 year olds should pay $8 for that.

Nice, clean property and a friendly staff. If I am back to SLC, definitely staying here.

We stayed at the hotel and it was a great experience. It was near the highway, but because we had a car it was easily accessible to the town.

Decent hotel. Only complaint would be that you have to pay for breakfast even though they have a buffet.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The front desk especially, the clerk was very personable and made us feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone who needs a good downtown hotel.

sleep number beds....they were awful The front desk staff is always awesome

What a great hotel with a great price. We were staying here after a week in Yellowstone. We needed a hotel to have showers and a great nights rest and we got it. The hotel was clean and modern with great personal service. Would definitely recommend.

Very good hotel for a family trip. Wide and confortable room, clean hotel and good service.

It was a nice hotel with a nice room but the breakfast was expensive and you didn't get very much for the money.

The hotel staff was perfect. They have a very convenient shuttle to/from airport. The Spa tub was clean and rooms were very comfortable. The only think that keeps them from a five star was the breakfast. There was no continental breakfast, only the breakfast bar for $10.95. They should have the option of a free continental breakfast that you can have anywhere else.

Very friendly staff, decent location (close to downtown and the Temple). Hotel food was average, but it was nice to have room service. Beds are too hard for my own preference (and mine didn't have the "dials" to make them softer - although I've never found those dials to work in other hotels). Wireless internet was free and fast. 24-hour business center was fantastic - printing was free, which was helpful as I needed to print out documents for my business trip.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean and quiet, pool was a little cold but the spa was nice. Great location, easy to find. Customer service was wonderful. Will stay again!

The room was spacious enough to comfortably fit my family of 6. A huge plus was the indoor pool being open 24 hours - a great place for the kids to use up the rest of a day without being cut short by a closing time. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the service was great.

Nice looking hotel with good amenities and a great price. I walked in and was greeted cheerfully, checked in quickly and painlessly. Rooms are nice and well appointed, nothing super exciting but very comfortable. After walking around and realizing no eating places were open, I was forced to order room service. Unfortunately, my room did not contain the little notebook with menus and such. Furthermore, the phone would not dial those internal speed dial numbers. After calling the front desk from my cell phone and walking to the front desk for a menu, I ordered the california grilled chicken salad or something like that - it was supposed to come with bread - no bread was provided. The salad itself was not that great. The dressing was way way way too sweet, the chicken tasted like it had been sitting for hours, and it was just very average for something that cost me $20. Comfortable beds, flat screen TVS... The next morning when I tried to dry my hair to go to my work meeting, well, the hairdryer didn't work. I went to the front desk to tell them and she gave me attitude... I mean come on the hairdryer should work. Maintenance brought a hairdryer quickly so I appreciated that. How hard is it to have a hairdryer that works? I stayed another night and still no notebook in my room with information but I had gone out to dinner with people at work. Overall nice place but annoying inconveniences that weren't fixed, as well as below average food bring a 4-4.5 star review down to 2. I'll stay there again as the price cannot be beat but I just hope that they fix those issues.
