I stayed at this location for one night only, although it would certainly be a great choice for long-term stays given the mini kitchen and spaciousness. The tv is in an odd location, but this wasn't really an issue for a short term stay (maybe die-hard tv people or someone staying longer would appreciate a better view of the screen, but the angle wasn't bothersome to me). The night staff were very friendly and the room itself was probably one of the most well-kept I've experienced in a while at an average, every day hotel. I would definitely stay at this same location next time I am in the area.

We loved the pillows, cleanliness of the room, the breakfast was excellent!!

There were rodents jumping around my room all night, chewing on things, squeaking, and spreading parasites (based on the black spots that appeared on bedding during my stay as well as the ones on the bedding already, in all 8 rooms I looked at), that I'm still trying to get rid of with my doctor. At first glance, it's a nice place. As you unpack, you notice the hairs and black dots (mites) in the bathroom and bedding. I re-cleaned my room even though my gut told me it was infested (smudge marks and fur on ALL the pillows I saw in the hotel rooms), and it took a whole large bottle of Lysol and can of very dirty wipes. My experience was horrid, although the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was very clean! I am the person who always finds hair in the bathroom, shower, etc., but I didn't find anything about this hotel that wasn't clean. Not mention I usually get allergies in hotels and didn't here. The room was beautiful (we stayed in the King High Level Suite). The only thing I'd say, is that I wish the facilities had a little more to offer. Lobby/bar/breakfast all in one room and it was a little tight, though still enjoyable.

We had two rooms for two nights. Both were at the noisiest locations in the building in my opinion. One is at the end of the hallway where there is a door for stairway and another door for outdoor pool. People opened and closed these doors very frequently even around midnight. The other room is right across a very noisy hotel kitchen room where the staff needs to go in and out to prepare breakfast etc. other than the noise issue, the rest is not bad.

Super clean, room was huge with couch, right next to freeway and shopping, will stay here next time.

A little hard to get to and from. There shuttle wasn't available the whole time due to lack of someone to drive it they told me. But otherwise not terrible.

Our shower was filthy with a big black hair on the wall (I wish I could attach pictures, it was gross). The coffee cups in our room hadn't been cleaned either. We were also disappointed that the amenities listed a jacuzzi, but they didn't have one.

Worst complimentary breakfast. Front desk employees not very friendly.

We stayed here after tubing the American River. It was close to the launch point and end point of the trip. The hotel was clean and updated. The hotel staff were great. The hotel is pet friendly but the fee is $75 which is a little steep in my opinion. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The design of the king room is brilliant. It feels bigger than it is and i was very comfortable

Over this place was good, I would recommend it And I will return.

The staff are very nice. I left my charger there for a month and they still had it waiting for me. I bought a soday at the counter..It was $2.39...that seemed a bit price gouging. Good A/C.

Was a very clean room. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Pool area to small. Otherwise everything was accessible clean and hospitable.

Only the best place to stay in rancho Cordova to stay you must it an all around extravaganza

THE PLACE WAS GOOD. STAFF NICE, HOTEL OK. I WOULD STAY AGAIN

The room was very quiet and the staff was warm. It was convenient and the air conditioning worked well. Near many places to eat.

we had a couple issues to start with but they were corrected by a very attentive staff.

Reserved this almost at the last minute for an unplanned overnight in Sacramento. I'm very familiar with Hyatt, but this is my 1st visit to Hyatt Place, After the initial surprise, I like the casual front desk/snack bar/coffee bar/bar bar. Staff were very friendly. We would stay again...

From my arrival by a friendly staff member to my departure, every need was taken care of. The newly renovated hotel had a 4-5 star hotel feeling. Clean,New, and friendly. One of my best hotel stays for the money.

Hello, I am so sorry your stay did not work out, I am not sure what was going on with your room. I did call someone out to check the hotel and was unable to find any rodents in the hotel. I remembered you had told me the same issue happened at the last hotel you were in. I sure hope everything worked out after you checked out. Thank you again for staying with us.
