Solid three star hotel. It is starting to show a little wear inside the buildings mostly because it is not a brand new place. But it is well maintained. I would love to have a towel rack in the bathrooms. But other than that a perfect place to stay for a long weekend. It has a nice breakfast in the mornings and I loved the staff. It truly is walkable to the Folsom outlets.
It was a great stay, you should clarify that your pool only goes to 4ft6in as my husband is 6'1. Other than that it is a great place for kids!!
I stayed there for 4 days without any room service. Wall and lamp switches were located in awkward places to find and reach. I am not going back.
Friendly staff. Very clean. Close to gas station, restaurants.
Lack of fresh linens each day.
I think they stopped cleaning the carpets in 1995. Holy smokes you could have bled out a body in our room and it wouldn't have mattered. The stench as you walked in the lobby WAS the reason the rooms were $60/ night over Thanksgiving holiday. I'd honestly take the Hilton name off unless they're trying to go the for the award of "Smelly Hotel on the Block." Maybe it's like football, you junk your team this year so next year you can rebuild.
Excellent staff! Gave me to go breakfast as the usual breakfast was closed due to Covid. Good location the NY Pizza place has great slices of Pizza, a few restaurants in the area. Stayed here two times a week apart. Would like to stay not during Covid!
I absolutely loved my check in. The employee i forgot her name. Swas.so personable and quick, she explained the understandable regarding the lack of anenities due to covid. The room left alot to be desired there will little specks of what looked like dirt between the comforter and the bed sheet, luckily it wasnt on the bed sheet part that touched my body. There was a little bit of trash under the desk upon arrival jist after check in, but other then that the bed and pillows were comfortable. I loved the black out curtains too!
The room was clean and the building nice. However, we booked a room with a king bed and we got a room with two queens. That was no big deal, but disappointing. However it was really noisy. We heard the elevator most of the night, kids running up and down the hallway and people shouting in the hall in the middle of the night. I will not stay here again.
Hotel was updated. Rooms were not very clean. Walls were also very thin, could hear the person in the next rooms phone going off.
Very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that we could not use the hot tub.
The customer service at this hotel was very poor. I booked a room with a jacquzzi jetted tub. When I arrived they stated all of those rooms were occupied. There were no attempts made to compensate me for not getting the type of room I booked.
Always a good experience to stay here. The staff are very kind and helpful.
Excellent hotel and the personal was friendly.......:-)
The staff didn't connect very well, except for the guy taking our food order. He was great! The room was decent and large. It was an average experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We will look for a new air freshener for the lobby.
