Was excellent. Check in was perfect “George” was amazing, attentive, professional, thorough and patient. Rooms clean, comfortable and accommodating. Breakfast looked like a good selection (only grabbed a yogurt and banana on the way out).

Very comfortable place to stay!

This is a lovely property, located in NEW Folsom and surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfasts were great and we loved the pool and area around it!

I was disappointed in Expedia because they gave out incorrect information regarding the hotel room that I booked. Expedia said on their website that the room I booked had a sofa bed, which we needed because of how may people were in the room. When we checked into the hotel we found out that info was incorrect. The hotel staff also pointed out other incorrect information on Expedia's site regarding the hotel.

Stunk to Dog Heaven

Absolutely the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. We have stayed in them for years and have always been pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of their properties. This one however, without our knowledge, was converted to a pet friendly property and was filled with dogs. The rooms wreaked of a kennel and we checked out early to get away from it. If you love the smell of wet dogs then this is your place. HORRIBLE!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were spotless. Bedding was super comfy and there were lots of pillows to pick the ones I wanted. Breakfast offered a variety, was great, and convenient.
