Property details are inaccurate stating 24/7 front desk staff available. That is inaccurate. Saturday night front desk staff were not available after midnight. We were given an advertised “smoke free” room to find it was completely full of cigarette smoke. Unhealthy. It is hotel responsibility to air out smoked out rooms after clean king staff inspect when guests check out. After checking the room we returned to the front desk to find that no one was available to assist. And had to leave the property as it was not healthy to stay in the room. One staff member who usually does not work at this location was extremely sweet and helpful, but unfortunately the room circumstance and lack of support afterwards left me really disappointed for a venue in such a nice neighborhood.

When we arrived, late, the king size bed room reserved was not available. The front desk clerk immediately gave us a certificate for a free night and put us in a queen size room. The room smelled from smoke and although it was clean, it was not deep clean (dirty door molding). I found the door was broken in half but not visible. If you wiggled it, the top and bottom were clearly separated by several inches. We reported it but didn't ask for it to be repaired then. We had the last room they had. Don't expect to stay here again but will use the certificate on another property. Seemed like a lot of long time renters and some with pets.
Convenient location. Close to freeway and eateries..
they did not hold my reservation. I had to search around for hours to find another hotel room on a Saturday night.

Nice motel, cozy and quiet, Have a nice view to highway, but not loud. You'll have a kitchen with all dishes you need, that was very handy. Staff is friendly. Right next to motel you can find gas station, McDonald's and a Mexican restaurant. Pretty close you can find Safeway, Wallmart, Target< Marshall's and CVS. Nice place, nice rooms, nice staff and nice price)
The hotel and staff were ok. But the breakfast was very limited.
