Bathroom shelving was broken, desk chair was dirt and stained, bathroom window would not open and mis-matched (dated) tiles in bathroom. Carpet torn near entrance door.
Good location, but property is pretty run down.
Checkin required one to stand outside in the weather and wind and communicate through a “bank teller” window. No access to Lobby ostensibly due to Covid. Room was outdated, heat unit did not warm the room. Room not set up to accommodate two people with bedside table/lamp. Could not park by room as it was encumbered by handicap parking. It was a place to sleep on a tall hard bed. Tub was jacuzzi style and difficult to step into for shower due to high sides.

Mold in the entire bathroom, bathtub dirty, paint falling off walls, holes in walls, bed was excruciatingly awful and hard, stains on floor with carpet messed up torn, stains on exterior ground, just dirty, unkept mess.

I liked that it had a spa tub. First night staff was great. Second night staff was very busy so I understood way I cou ld not get help
We liked the location. The room needs some deep cleaning and it didn't smell clean when we entered the room. The bed was not comfortable. The towels are not large enough or absorbent. Because of the condition of the room we were afraid to have breakfast and left without eating.
Needs to be refreshed and updated. Will not be back
I always like to get away with my love Danny. We always have a good time.
Older rooms. Could use some remodeling. Air conditioner is noisy
I would never stay or recommend this hotel! If I could of found another hotel I would of stayed there. I was of afraid of getting lice or bedbugs not clean holes in the wall.
It had roches, it smelled funky, my family and i wont stay again, breakfeast was gone before 830 and last till 10
Our room was right across from the ice and vending machine so it was noisey and woke us up severL times. Our coffee maker was missing a piece so was not usable. The breakfast buffet was not much, and most was gone by 9am.,mess not maintained. Curtain was hard to use and off a hook, floor flooded during a shower, curtain did not work
You really need to clean the place, we changed hotels because your place is filthy, we had to ask for clean towels and coffee pots to be clean as it wasn't clean
