I didn't stay. The lobby door was filthy. I booked a different hotel and left.
Although the rooms said they were smoke free, the room smelled like cigarettes. The smell was very very strong, and disturbing
The room was dirty, looked like someone kicked in the bathroom door. There was a chair in my room that looked like they pulled it out of a homeless encampment, it had stains all on it! The pool had hair & only god knows what else floating in it. They don't service the pool often. Its felt like meth central. For $120 it wasnt worthy.
Waited 30 minutes in line to get my reserved room... Got up to room and there was hair dye stains in bath tub, the shower head made it seem like you were showering in a sprinkler... There was a half used toilet paper roll on the holder. The pillows were flat as hell and had no pillow cases.the phone was broke. No coffee pot. And when I went to check out I asked for receipt and they said they didn't have one for me. So all in all for the price i paid it sucked!! Never going there again.
Facilities are falling apart. Bathroom fan on counter for duration. Moldy gypsum ceiling falling apart above shower. Remodel looked like it was done with a shovel. Loudest room from outside noises I've ever had. Not worth the price.
Quiet for the most part. Staff was friendly. They're pet friendly. Stores are close by.
It was terrible, management was awful. Slow, not caring. Bed is not comfortable. Room smelled like they were trying to cover something up, also smelled funny. When management sucks, you are likely to have a bad experience
Facility was made up to look renovated, but very pootly done. Worst bed i have ever slept on and room had ants crawling everywhere. Staff and management acted like they could care less.
I checked in around 12:30am one of the hotel's in the area that was affordable. I stayed here before when it was red roof inn. Bathroom sink had very little water coming from it. Shower worked ok water didn't get that hot. Bathroom was dirty. The floors were dirty too my socks were completely black. Bed was ok and comfortable. Heater did not get that hot. To find out that my window in my room was open when I got time to check out. The fire alarm went off or the carbon monoxide alarm went off. Due to the heater. It smelt like burning wires. It kept on making a sound like it was about to catch fire. Overall it's a good hotel affordable rates. They just need to update some things in the rooms mop the floors clean the bathroom thoroughly. They need more water pressure.
Burnt bed sheets, blood on ceiling (I have a video to prove it) the owner said it was paint, very very very slow check in, horrible mattresses, first non smoking room reached of smoke. We had to stay another night and the owner told me to check in with him directly instead of going through orbitz because he would give me an additional $5 off. When I went back (regretfully but I had no other choice because all the hotels were all booked or extremely expensive) anyway he proceeded to tell me I should have made a reservation. I do not recommend this place at all! Coffee is watered down too.
Upon check in, my crew were berated and treated like criminals, all (4) were asked for ID, even though I already had told them my lead mens names & numbers. Emelio was excellent at assisting me in preparing for my crews arrival. However he was not there upon check in. Afec was the persons name who checked is in. He was ill prepared & said he had no reservations & asked all of them for identification. This after they had driven (4) hours to arrive in Rancho Cordova. He also did not tell them where to park the 30 foot truck so after that was parked , he came out & told them to move the truck! He was rude & condescending in his broken English. I immediately tried to call & he hung up the phone on me! When i told him of my concerns he said he was busy & had no time for me. The breakfast the next morning was major sub standard. Nothing fresh, cold cereal, stale bread etc Comfort Inn & suites, The hamptons, Holiday Inn, La Quinta, all superior & we will never go to Red Rood Inn again.
I saw a fight between two people on day one -- and it was behind my car so I couldn't leave for work. There were several cops there on days 2 and 3. I got woken up by the maid several times every day even though I told the front desk that I was sleeping after night shift. My keys stopped working 3 different times. My room smelled horrible. Etc, etc.
Big mess up with billing. i booked thru Orbitz and they told me the "reservation was cancelled"
nothing like about this placebooked a room so we could park in front of door since my wife cant walk but a feew feet had to go thru the corridor and around the pool to room
