Viste el hotel primera semana de abril, estuvo muy bien la comida el lugar, la atención del personal, la única inconveniente es la distancia de playa al hotel y viceversa, el entretenimiento estuvo un poco aburrido. Es un lugar familiar así que eso estuvo excelente muy tranquilo y seguro para niños.

Formal Complaint & Refund Demand – RIU Tequila Our three-night stay at RIU Tequila was completely unacceptable and the worst experience we have had in 11 visits to Playacar. On Day 1, a drunk guest vomited in the main pool. That same night, during a family “Grease” event, a woman stripped down to her thong and danced in front of families while multiple security guards stood by watching and laughing. No action was taken. On Night 2, after the White Party, guests next to us got into a violent fight and smashed multiple glasses against our door. This created a serious safety concern and we did not feel secure in our room. These incidents reflect a clear failure in guest supervision, security, and basic safety standards. This stay fell far below what is reasonable to expect from a resort of this brand. We are formally demanding a full refund for the three-night stay. Staff are amazing, restaurant and on site. There was a Little issue with the gluten free option in their restaurant, but after I went to front desk about this, I saw a large change from the staff and managers in the on site restaurant.

Staff was great my only complaints was: 1. the water sports always seemed to have a reason they where not available. I tried for 3 days and could not get on. Either they full(but no one was on them as I watched all day). 2. The cigarette butts all over the beach and walk ways wasnt very appealing. One of the dirtiest beaches I have seen in mexico when it comes to cigarette butts. 3. Rest of the stsy was great with kind people and decent food.

Overall incredible stay at Riu Tequila. The activity staff are amazing and work hard at ensuring you have a great time. Grounds are beautiful and the wildlife is a plus. Food was really good and our room was always cleaned and restocked. Would highly recommend.

The buffet was ok, not great. The Black Cow was disappointing. The service was kind but slow and steak was not good. After that experience, we just stuck to the buffet. The pool closed too early. So, we ended up going to the beach but would have preferred to go to the pool.
