Room is clean, spacious & convenience location. Front desk staff are extremely friendly always with smile especially Carolina went above & beyond to make sure we are in a good hand. The made to order breakfast from on site restaurant is a plus. We walked to ferry terminal ~8mins to catch vessel over Cozumel

Oceanfront room beautiful, included breakfast we paid extra for had good selection of dishes but usually brought out cold (often left sitting at kitchen for 10 minutes), coffee almost undrinkable as was the one glass of "orange juice" (watered down Tang?). Very poor wifi at beach side of hotel until they added another extender, worked well last 2 days of our trip.

Good: on beach, WiFi worked, air conditioning worked and there was hot water in shower Bad: no TV, sheets on bed were stained ( but supposedly clean, I guess they don’t use bleach), No BLANKETS, just sheets, No black out curtains, Outside noise was very loud in room, and I asked if we could move to another room, and they said nothing was available. No hair dryer, Made to order breakfast was not made to my order since they did not understand English well enough. They told us we would also have bread, but the size of buns were barely larger than the jam samples. Our second morning there was a cockroach lying upside down on the floor wiggling its legs, so we flushed it down the toilet. You cannot flush toilet paper down toilet ( yes I know it is Mexico, but other resorts you can flush toilet paper down).

🇨🇦 Solo senior single. Room was spotless. Water in the shower was hot. I appreciated the staff’s kindness and willingness to problem solve, as opposed to passing judgment, when I lost my key or any requests that were made. Appreciated the included breakfasts and servers recommendations. The staff worked as a team to make you feel at home.

Pelicano Inn is a great place to stay. The staff is awesome! The room was spacious, did not have ocean view, but we were close enough to the ocean and would go up to the gym and have the whole terrace to watch the ocean. The ocean was not clear, but we would see it clearing up everyday... in a couple of weeks it should be zargazo free. The breakfast was awesome! Isaac is a great server! Place is very well situated. In the middle of everything, but also quiet enough to have a good night sleep. Everything is walking distance. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it is a great one! It was the Perfect Place for our couple's getaway.
