Super clean and great location in the Town Center - Room service was super fast and food was great
We left a breakfast order that never got delivered and the shower did not work. The front desk could not issue any refund because we "booked through a 3rd party." Extremely disappointing.
The Hyatt is clean and comfortable, taking extra precautions for COVID-19. The comfy bed was perfect for a relaxing weekend. This location is conveniently located at the end of an upscale shopping complex with plenty restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also has a great bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Garage parking next to the hotel is also available for a very affordable rate with unlimited ins and outs, but the metro is extremely close if you'd prefer public transit to venture around the DC area. We couldn't get the chrome-cast to work, but the still found entertainment with HBO movie channels. Overall, great for a weekend away from home with plenty of activity options.
