Came to town for a funeral. No frills Hotel clean, right off the highway, friendly staff, quiet room.
I didn't like the fact that the people I traveled with room was gotten into by staff and their belongings were stolen. I didn't like the fact that this issue was not properly addressed. I didn't like the the fact that when the corporate number was asked for, staff stated that they did not have the number. I didn't like the fact that a solution was not reached to accommodate for the stolen property. Now as for my room bed was uncomfortable, mattress had somewhat of a dent in it, the towels in the restroom were not clean, and the tub backed up needing some liquid drano or something. Breakfast was a bowel of cereal and a muffin, no regular sugar for coffee, orange juice was watery. It was a wasted $146 for one night. oh and the people I traveled with paid for a suit and was given the exact same room as me. Never again will I stay at your establishment.
I am fairly certain this is one of the last hotels around here were u can book a smoking room. Top notch.
Facility was clean and maintained.
We could park in the lot so that our vehicle was visible from our room. Looked like a new building/property.

It totally sucked it mad me sick to see the cheap plastic hanging up to insure COVID guidelines! My room smelled awful no manager got back to me I asked for two extra night because my Dad had past in hospital during my visit there I needed extra time I was told none available , so I went through Orbitz and got two more nights but left one night early with no refund or compensation!
The room was relaxing and comfortable, near restaurants and the highway. My room smelled like smoke. They do not tell you until you arrive that if you are a Pueblo resident there is a $300 deposit, not a $75 one as stated online. Even though I live in Texas and have not been able to update my license due to Covid I still had to pay the $300 deposit. Not happy at all.
We didn't stay after walking into the lobby. Bad location, no breakfast offered even though it was part of the reservation
The hotel is located in a perfect spot for overnight travelers. Checkin was simple, staff were friendly and the later than usual checkout was great.
All was good except wi-fi was down all weekend. I was gone early the first day, returned around 1:30 and room wasn’t cleaned. Took a shower and left at 2:30, and housekeeping had left for the day.
Just an average hotel but acceptable. It worked for a quick 1 night stay.
