Front desk was wonderful
Like a cheap airline that charges for the basics and then adds a useless fee to make more money. I'm surprised they didn't charge extra for the bed. No restaurant, no breakfast, and no downtown valet. Woman at the desk was cranky and rude. Will never stay there again and will encourage others to stay away.

Nice, modernized botique hotel in the financial district. Nice amenities, but was unpleasantly surprised at the $28 overnight parking fee. Might have stayed elsewhere if I knew this i advance.

This was a great hotel that is located in the heart of downtown withing walking distance to everything. The decor is fantastic, and the restaurant is wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, great staff, beautiful facility. Unfortunately lost a few points because my room kept getting very hot after the sun set. It seems the AC is on an automatic timer, shutting off overnight, meaning I would wake up in a pool of sweat. Getting ready in the morning it was as hot as 79 degrees Fahrenheit. I was advised that all I could do was open a window.
