The staff was extremely nice. Soundproofing between rooms was not perfect. Complimentary breakfast was not decent. Didn't know the parking was not free. Overall, it was fine.

Clean, quiet, convenient location, good customer service, parking on the lower level was affordable. Bed was comfy. The pillows were marshmallows…not my favorite. The channel selection was kind of lame but who cares as we were not there to veg in the room.

The entire staff we encountered was great! Everyone was friendly and professional. The lobby was tastefully done and felt very clean. The room left a lot to be desired, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat was peeling and didn't fit the toilet, so it was askew and moved every time you sat on it (also noticed the lobby bathrooms had the same issue). The bottom of the tub had low/high spots so it would move under you when you showered - creating a very unstable feeling. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet - it was a flat sheet tucked in, and it wouldn't stay tucked as you slept on it. I know this is an older facility, but I think some care could be put into the rooms to make them a touch better.

Although the staff is great, check in was great , the primary reason i booked the hotel was availability of EV charger but after reaching there, i realized that they just have 2 out which 1 was occupied and the other one was not working. So the whole point of booking a hotel with EV charging was moot. I could have stayed some place else with cheaper rates and similar amenities.

Staff was friendly. I didn’t pay for parking bc I don’t believe in paying for parking at any hotel. So parking on the street was fine. I get up early enough to beat the meter guard. I wish that they offered a real breakfast. It would really make a huge difference in customer experience.
