Fine
Sounded like someone was dropping bowling balls on the floor above our heads. People yelling up and down hallways at horrible hours.
Stayed in 218, top of stairs. Front desk did ask if we wanted a quiet room, but disregarded because I didnt want to walk to third floor as hotel doesn't have elevators. Lobby is between first and second floors. Not sure what ADA would say. I regret the decision as it is directly in front of stairs and below the room sounded like there was an outside door on the first floor (first floor was below lobby). Second biggest complaint was there was only one bulb in any if the desk lamps. Didnt totally bother because we were leaving stupid early and didnt need much light, but also I've been in the hotel industry myself and I know generally the closest rooms to desk tend to get cannibalized first. What we actually needed the room for was met. It wasnt horribly dirty, the wall across from the toilet did have shoe marks as if someone was using the wall for leverage to dislodge... Stuff. The shower was nice first thing in the morning, shuttle driver was great and prompt. Wish lobby coffee was a thing. Its a real pain to make coffee in room sometimes when you are hardly awake and there's NO COFFEE AVAILABLE at the airport at 3am. Not the hotels fault, but something for early travellers thats caffeinated they didnt have to prep would be amazing. Lastly, was tires of paying for doordash, was hoping for dining options that didnt require walking across a busy street, blocked my a fence. Really, the neighborhood is full of hotels and industrial parks.
good value for the price
Great hotel for a short stay. Staff was friendly. Transportation to and from airport was very convenient.
Nice rooms and lots of parking. There seems to be a lot of homeless people close by due to the amount of trash in some parts of the parking lot. There is not an elevator so not very good if you’re in a wheel chair or have hard time going up or down stairs
Nothing extra special
DO NOT STAY HERE! We were so tired when we checked in that we immediately fell asleep. When we work the next morning we had noticed that the sheets were never changed from the last people that slept in the beds. We found lots of hairs that were not ours in the sheets and on the pillows. The floor was never vacuumed. And room service actually went in our room and put the Do Not Disturb sign on the outside of the door and never cleaned our room. This is a scandalous & filthy hotel.
This property is disgusting. The grounds around the property and entrance to the property are filthy and neglected. The interior of the property is equally bad. A banana peel laying on the staircase, dirty carpet, sink that would not drain, no tv remote in room are just a few observations. I was swayed to stay here ( rented 4 rooms) due to the Wyndham name which I always regarded as quality? How can they have their affiliated with such a dump? I am requesting a refund.
While the property was satisfactory the shuttle service stopped in afternoon though website stated 24 hr.
Close to ikea, clean, nice, good WiFi. Comfortable bed, hot shower. No breakfast. At all. That was frustrating.
Stay away, they advertise breakfast but no breakfast. No mask at the front desk at check-in. Took a deposit and did not return it. Had to call the credit card company. No receipt they said due to me paying in advance to Orbitz. I will never stay at a Super 8 again!
