I have stayed in multiple hotels and not one of them have heated water in their swimming pools including this one. Not a single hotel wants to invest money in heating their pools. I have small children and the swimming pool is the highlight of staying in a hotel. I’m very disappointed.
Property was under renovation which is understandable but had a very strong mold smell and bathrooms were not very clean. Staff was very nice.
The hotel was very clean and sanitized. The staff was excellent especially Dwayne who went above and beyond to make sure everything was good for our stay. Check in and check out was an easy process. Would highly recommend.
Dog in adjoining room barked all afternoon and night. I would call front desk and complain and the bark would die down for about 30 minutes then the dog would start again barking. The worst stay and we could not sleep all night cause of the barking. The staff said they could not do nothing about it since I reserved the room through Orbitz. The mattress needs to be changed out since you can feel the support wires already. Paid $154 for a very torturous experience!

The hotel was similar to others branded the same at which I have stayed. There was some noise from the room above me but not too much that it affected my sleep. The room was nice but not exceptional. The bed was moderately comfortable. The breakfast selection was a little disappointing but overall I feel the accommodations and the price I paid for them were appropriate.
I had a wonderful stay, and will recommend it highly! Avery the front desk attendant was exceptional! She was very pleasant and charming.

I liked my room, it was pretty clean and comfy. Cons, the hallways smell like cigarrette, I am pregnant so the smell was quite strong for me, the room did not smell at all though. The pest guy came opening the door in the morning being pretty disturptive, asking if we wanted pest control, I said no. I don't want poison while I am there with my three year old and me pregnant sniffing it all up.
The room was big, comfy and the continental breakfast was terrific.
Very Nice Hotel, but expensive, bad timing to travel to Corpus Christi. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. But after our room was cleaned, housekeeping keep leaving the door opened with all of our belongings in the room. We notified front desk but it seemed no one cared. Normally we stay at Embassy Suites but that hotel was booked and being repaired. This hotel is a good place to stay, just make sure and notify the manager of any problems.
The Hotel was very nice and clean, but we encounterd a problem with the cleaning staff. They kept leaving the door open of our room. We had several valuable things in the room, that luckily no one took. We notified the front desk about the situation, but no one ever called us back to confirm that it would not happen again, or that they had spoke to the cleaning crew. It seemed like they didn't care. I like the hotel, but it angry's me that management doesn't assure there customers that their belongings will be safe in their room.
Had all the little things that makes a stay successful. Lots of electrical outlets to charge all my gadgets - good internet strength without the proprietary log in sites, clean room, nice pool, friendly/helpful staff. A REAL free breakfast (homemade waffles, juice, etc... not just toast) Will definitely stay here again
First time staying at a BW+.. very nice & friendly staff.
we stayed at the portland location cus it was close to a high school grad party that we were invited to, so it was close to the party but went to the texas aquariun the day after. the hotel provided everything we needed and them some. pool, hot tub, breakfast in the morning and a comfy bed, what else do you need... cable tv, it was there
Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Would recommend this location for all travelers.
