Convenient to our needs, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Room was a little dusty. Breakfast was small but nice.
The man who checked us in was efficient but not at all friendly. The hotel was loud. It sounded like someone was vacuuming at 9:30 at night and 2 employees were talking very loudly at 5:30 in the morning.
we liked the pool and hot tub. The mattress on our bed wasn't very good. There was a definite divot in the mattress from guests sitting on the bed.
Nice hotel, nice location. Hot tub and sauna were great to use. Warm breakfast in the morning. No complaints.
Would liked a bigger coffee make but understand. Was very convenience for our needs.

We were upgraded to a room with hot tub. What a surprise and it was easy to fill and comfortable. Room was beautiful, clean and quiet.

Inexpensive, helpful staff, very clean rooms and the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept in (for a hotel that is) very nice and right off the interstate. Thanks for a great nights sleep!
We stayed here with our family for my nephew's baseball tournament. I booked a king bed room and asked for a roll away bed. When I arrived at 5pm Friday they only had a 1 Queen room and hadn't had extra beds for days according to the front desk person who seemed very stressed. The room was fine - seemed clean and had adequate space for my son and me. He and his cousins enjoyed the pool but there were no pool towels the entire weekend. The breakfast was adequate but they didn't seem be able to keep up with keeping the coffee stocked in the morning. There was a note on our bed after cleaning our first night that said they couldn't make the bed due to personal items on the bed. There was 1 stuffed animal on the bed. And then the overflowing garbage was not emptied so I wonder what they did do for clean up in our room. I thought the price did not match the service - they seemed overwhelmed by a full motel when this tourney weekend has been occurring for many years so they should have been better prepared. Overall Just an Average small town motel.
Didn't want to give me a reciept at checkout. Lazy. I have stayed several times. The only reason I repeat here is the location. Kinda pricey considering there is not much to it.
The only downside to our stay was that the pictures of the room showed a jacuzzi style tub. With the room chosen, however, there wasn't a jacuzzi tub. Not sure I would have upgraded with more accurate pictures, but I would have appreciated the chance to look at more upgrades.
1) They denied that we had a reservation even after iI showed the nite clerk my printed verification both at night when we arrived and in the morning. So we paid them with a credit card, also. 2) The room was a disability room, but was not set up as a disability room with the exception if a grab bar in the bath. 3) The disability room was at the far of the hallway, rethere then close up to the office.
I needed to stay an an inexpensive hotel, and chose AmericaInn based on the franchise name and location to my conference. There is nothing to rave about nor complain about, but wanted to add that it was quiet, staff was friendly, had quaint holiday decor, nice breakfast spread and welcome feeling. Would stay again.
We were traveling to see family for the Thanksgiving holiday and stayed here (me with my 5 & 6 year old children) the night before Thanksgiving. The staff were wonderful, even helping us with our bags to our room and we had the pool to ourselves. We also enjoyed the many breakfast choices before getting on the road again Thanksgiving morning. Oh and when we realized we left my daughter's pillow in the room, we called and they had already set it aside for us to pick up on our way back. 5 stars!!!
