Over all I was very pleased with our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I think my bed was missing a leg but it still served it’s purpose. I wish that all the restaurants were open when we went as it cut our dining experience short. Really bummed they tried to fancy up the Mexican restaurant, I wish it could have been more local and true to its roots. Overall, I’d recommend.

It is a beautiful property, green and peaceful. I love the walk from the lobby area to the beach. It is like walking in the park. The beach is gorgeous and clean. I love the hotel and the grounds around the buildings are beautifully landscaped and meticulously kept. The pool is so very nice. The food is great and the people who serve it hard-working and lovely. I also enjoyed the daily entertainment, especially the Mexican show on Sundays. I loved my daily walks along the beach - the turquoise and green ocean is gorgeous!

Pictures posted online match the property. I would come back an stay here. Only thing I did not like was you had to make reservations for dinner. Every time I tried nothing was available. So we only got to try 2 of the restaurants there but overall would come back.

Overall I was pretty happy with this hotel. The beach is nice, drinks are good, service is good, shows are also good. Area around is green and nice. Lots of animals. There is not much to do for kids. Hotel is relatively small, so walking is no bad. If you need to relax in a quiet place and good beach then this is a good place. If you need lots of entertainments then maybe its not the best place. Taxi from the lobby is $51 to the aiport. From the airpot to the hotel, if you get at the aiport between 60-85$. This is not a van, just a car. Pros: Nice area, wild animals around, food, beautiful beach, shows, drinks, cleaning. Things for improvement: - Food is good but pretty much the same every day - A/C is working but week. It needs constant running. If turned off for the day, then it takes forever to cool down the room - There been drinking ppl next to us making noise most of the night. Calling reception did not do anything. Had to call the guys ourselves - Would be nice to have a tub in the room. We had small babies and bathing wasn't an option.... but this is not a big deal.. and they are not going to redo the hotel now :) -

Great resort, small and quiet but still have stuff to do. The rooms are a little tired, but do the job. The pool and beach are amazing - one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen. The food and drinks were good. Service and staff where great. We will be back!
