I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was very quiet, very clean as a matter of fact they just remodeled and it looks amazing. Such a very nice staff and as well as the workers remodeling the hotel. I will definitely be back soon.
Close to Hershey Park. It’s was great for me and my daughter. The staff was polite, helpful, and friendly.
We got to the property and our room wasn’t ready. We waited for over an hour for a room. We were there at 3 or the regular check in time. The person at the desk was frazzled and didn’t help the experience. It was very unpleasant to say the least
The room was spacious and clean. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. I was disappointed that the heater for the pool was broken. The front desk, cleaning crew, kitchen staff and everyone we encountered was courteous and friendly. The place is clean and well maintained and close to Hershey which was great.
The hotel was i. Good location for what we wanted to do and very clean. Disappointed that the pool was closed and the breakfast wasn’t that good. No milk and waffles because the machines were broken.
The staff was wonderful. Very courteous, friendly, and responsive to requests (I.e. vanity light not working and noisy neighbors). We generally choose Hampton Inns when traveling and the staff we encountered were top notch. This one as of Jan. 2022 is a little outdated in furnishings, and the room’s cleanliness is questionable when the sink top still had a previous occupant’s beard trimmings on it.
The property was a convenient distance to Hershey Park. Beyond that I had to ask for a different room as the furniture in mine was dirty. The 2nd room was also dirty but not as bad. I chose not to ask for a third room as I had been moving my family around the property twice already. The front desk staff was dressed in jeans and a T-shirt. She was friendly and helpful but did not look professional.

Decent updated property however the room wasn’t fresh. Carpet smells like it needed to be cleaned. Around 12:30 am the guest above us made an enormous amount of noice. Ridiculous and rude! We called the front desk twice. Other than that. Very close to the park and a good size room. But very pricey for one night.
