Rivergrass 224 is the dog-friendly mountain condo you and your friends or family need to truly enjoy an unforgettable Canadian getaway! It's been tastefully decorated and features everything you may need to take delight in a carefree vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee with views of the pond and the Monterra Golf Course from your very own private and furnished balcony. You and your friends will love to unwind in the spacious and comfortable living area conveniently equipped with a TV and a gas fireplace.

If you're a skier, snowboarder, or mountain biker, you'll be less than 500 feet from the lifts at Blue Mountain Resort! If you're a golfer, the Monterra Golf Course is only a quarter-mile east (there are four other courses within a 12-mile drive as well). Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through the many scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any of the popular outdoor activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. This area is also wonderful for hiking, rock climbing, and swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing on the shores of South Georgian Bay (Northwinds Beach is only two and a half miles north).

Spacious and comfortable, plus dog friendly!

Stayed here with adult children and two dogs. Space is generous and clean but a little worn in the kitchen area, however, that did not detract. We stayed in another unit, 113, last week and coffee filters were provided. This time they weren’t, and the reason given was for cleanliness and sanitation. Makes no sense. If not providing them they should state that and what filters are needed. Having said this, I’d book again.

We enjoyed the size and location of the property, as well as the laundry. The house was not cleaned well; however. It looked like dust had built up baseboards and some furniture for years and the floors were grimy. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean though. The property would not be amenable for someone accessibility issues with the steep stairs.

Started our stay on a terrible note with a severe thunderstorm warning which caused electrical problems and road closures. We called vacasa to explain our situation and see if we could push our stay from two night to one night due to extenuating circumstances, unfortunately Samantha who I spoke with said they could not be flexible and that she could not grant this request. On our arrival I found the unit was not easily accessible for disabled/handicapped people, and I wish this was something they listed. The mattresses were uncomfortable and it was unfortunate when we found stains all over the linen. The wood stained chair in the living room left stains all over our clothing after use. Also we woke up to the garbage truck at 6:20am Overall, I would not recommend the very uncomfortable stay. There are many other places to stay at blue mountain that are family friendly and not overpriced!

Very nice property, a couple of put offs Dog poo left on the balcony- Beds were for us not that comfortable- Unfortunately noisy neighbours until late at night - But beautiful surround , great amenities apart from no hand soap- Close proximity to the mountains was ideal Thank you so much and we hope to be back next year Would love any promos coming up in the future Thanks

Perfect place for a family weekend of skiing!

This unit was perfect for our family of four to getaway for a three night skiing vacation. Wonderful we could bring along our little dog too. Well equipped with everything you need to feel at home (missing a few things but overall fabulous). Location to the slopes and village excellent! Would stay here again!

Great location so convenient to everything and very clean!!

This property is exactly as shown in the rental description. Very clean and close to everything in Blue Mountain. Close to pool area and easy access to all restaurants and golfing. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere!
