The property is clean. The check in desk is very disorganized and gives the impression of being a very shabby hotel. I wasn’t expecting the expensive parking fee.

Charged me for my service dog that was wearing a service vest and I repeatedly told the receptionist that he was a service dog. When I came in late receptionist was eating at the desk and was more interested in the bowl of food then helping me. Gave off negative vibes with attitude. Booked 4 nights but stayed one. Will not be staying there again. I travel a lot and have stayed in plenty of hotels and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. Do better!

Overall Good Stay

The overall stay was good. The hotel is clean and beautiful walking distance from most things. Most of the front desk individuals are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served. However we stayed there for three full days and no one came to our room to change or towels or clean our bedding or empty the garbage. That was very annoying. Overall the stay was good.

Stayed at the hotel for the Disney Magic Kingdom and Epic Universal experience with the kids. This place was very close to all of the attractions, had a great pool, and breakfast. Definitely recommend to the families with the kids.

What I didn’t like is $26 parking fee per night per car. They hired a “3rd party” company to charge you for parking in the hotel. The rest was fine

Great Place

TownePlace Suites was a great place to stay it is close to Universal Studios, Fun Spot, restaurants and all the outlets. I would recommend this place to families.

Almost Excellent.

Everything was almost perfect. The only detail that I saw was in the bathtub. The paint is coming out and It does not looks. good, But all the rest was perfect and clean. I did not like the fee for the parking . I would repeat my visit but definitly the parking fee could be a reason to visit another hotel with the same quality without parking fee.

After a few hours of searching all over google for least expensive hotels in Orlando, I decided to finalize our stay with Townplace Suites by Mariott near Universal and Im glad I did. Very pleasant workers, very clean room and it's so convinient to everything. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. I highly recommend!

Check in was easy and front desk was friendly. Rooms were clean, comfortable and decent size. Bed was comfortable, shades good for dark room, great air conditioning.... nice and cool. Bathroom clean, shower amenties nice and full, only downside was only half glass wall which seemed a bit messy with water on the floor. Housekeeping came every other day, but you could get anything you needed if asked. Had a bar with a happy hour from 5 to 8 with drink specials avaliable and after that drinks available until 10. Bartender was nice and made great cocktails. My husband and I met some really nice people at the bar, good conversations. Breakfast was good, typical stuff. Only negative is area is small so it was crowded trying to get the food. Plenty of room to sit and eat. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend and we would stay here again. Nice job Towneplace.

Excelente estadia en el Hotel TownePlace Suites al Suroeste de Universal en Orlando Florida. Hotel acogedor con buen servicio, cuarto espacioso. El cuarto cuenta con cocina y refrigerador grande. Puedo decir que las camas son bien comadas y sus almohadas espectaculares. El hotel incluye desayuno completo (Huevos, cereales, frutas, proteinas, cafe, jugos). El hotel tiene estacionamiento con un pago adicional. En resumen, altamente recomendado.
