The amazing golf field and serenity of the location

Awesome stay. Rooms were very clean, just a little outdated. Staff was superb! Best customer service I’ve received in quite some time. Will definitely stay again.

Very pretty surroundings. I was disappointed that my room did not look like the photo for the 1 bedroom villa. I was expecting to be on the water with the deck, which was why I stayed at this hotel versus other hotels. Also in the pictures, the room had a fire place but in person it did not.

It was a very nice room with a contemporary spa-like bathroom with excellent personal hygiene products. Watch the room service though. I thought $41 for bacon, eggs, toast, and hot tea was a bit extreme. I get really annoyed when you are taken advantage of by fees, taxes, etc. It's bacon and eggs. You already made enough on us by charging $14 for them. $10 for tea? Room service used to be fun when I was growing up, but now it is a scam, unfortunately.

Great experience. The hotel is truly an oasis in Orlando. I would stay their again without hesitation and recommend to anyone.

I rate this place a full five stars. From intially driving past the security guard to check in etc, everyone took an effort to know my name. The service was impeccable with staff waiting on your beck and call. We stayed in the three bedroom villa which was very clean, modern and up to date. We will definitely be back!

The Housekeeping Staff went above and beyond. I had a chance to meet Isabel Potter one of the housekeeping leaders in building 3. Her and her staff were very friendly and greeted myself and family throughout our stay.

I stayed here in the Villa Suite, do I think 2 nights for a Suite that promises a tub that doesn't work is worth it for 500/night, no I don't. More so I think the reason I'm so upset is because I voiced it to the front desk and with a lost and blank stare I was looked at and told, "oh that sucks, sorry." It does, especially when I called in reference to it both nights in a row and it so happens both nights they had an emergency that required for them to hang up with my phone call and never call back. Oh wait let's not forget the fees that added up to almost 200 extra per night. My own personal experience wasn't at all what I anticipated, I would reconsider.

I had the best time in the villas and I fully recommend this place for couples and families alike, it's such a perfect peaceful place.

Disney trip, preferred the villas vs Disney hotels. An absolute success, will definitely be my place to stay when in Orlando. Excellent room, superb guest service and WiFi, very clean and comfortable. The day we got early we saw fireworks from villa backyard.

Beautiful villas! Great service! 5 star!!!Beautiful villas! Great service! 5 star!!!Beautiful villas! Great service! 5 star!!!Beautiful villas! Great service! 5 star!!!Beautiful villas! Great service! 5 star!!!

The hotel was beautiful and service was fantastic, everybody was helpful. Nice place for family vacation. We had shuttle service to Disney, very convenient.

What an exquisite resort! The townhome accommodation was luxurious; roomy and clean with upgraded amenities. Kitchen was fabulous, not that we needed to eat more than breakfast in our place. The clubhouse offers the finest cuisine and their wait staff is stellar! All in all, one of the BEST vacation values in the Orlando area and if you're visiting Disney, the BEST reason not to stay in one of their over-hyped properties!

When entering the grounds of the hotel, you are stopped at a security gate to ensure privacy of the area. The hotel landscaping is beautifully maintained and the secluded layout screams exclusivity. While the resort is centered around a picturesque golf course, we did not actually play golf and still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming at the registration building and we were encouraged to make an alcoholic beverage with the complimentary spirits and mixers provided. Check-in was simple and speedy and we drove behind the valet as he escorted us to our villa .25 to .5 miles down the private road. The villas are located in quiet, cul-de-sac areas centered around a main pool area. The pool was open until 11:00pm, but we were told that they could keep it open later for us if we desired. The Club Suite was decorated in modern fashion and had many over-the-top amenities, such as motion-sensor lights under the nightstands that illuminated the floor for midnight excursions to the bathroom and a semi-private patio area with two lounge chairs. The living room area was spacious enough to entertain additional guests with its couch and glass table dining table with two chairs. The elegant stone backsplash and the heavy wooden window shutters gave the room an elegant, warm feel. The bathroom was well-lit and had a glass door shower complete with rainfall showerhead and 3 other sprayers. The tub was deep and easily accommodated two adults. As a guest of the Villas, you can also gain admission into the Hyatt Regency of Grand Cypress and use the amenities and facilities there, such as their 24-hour pool. This was one of the best experiences that I have had while staying in the Orlando area. The Villas were close to Disneyworld and other attractions, but just off the beaten path to provide some secluded relaxation. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very good and in a nice location, but it is really really overpriced.

We have stayed at Disney in the past and wanted to try something new this time around. The villas were great! They were close to Disney and perfect in every way. If you're a Golf fan, well then I don't have to say anymore. The only reason I gave our room a 3 out of 5 was because we had a small visitor in our room in the form of a 6 legged friend. (Well I guess things happen afterall) but I would think that the hotel would spray for roaches. I informed the staff of this and they sent someone to clean it up right away. They said that sometimes they can live in moist areas. This one was in the bathroom. The next day we found another one. Even after telling guest services upon leaving they still did nothing. I thought we would get a small discount or maybe even let us change rooms. Either way I did not let that affect our over all stay.

Great location to be near Disney without rambunctious kids all over the place! Great accommodations but beware of bugs!! We had a terrible in-room cockroach experience that I'll never forget!!
