At check in, they charged me double than what was indicated on the Orbitz’ site. At checkout, the paperwork provided showed the right amount. I’m currently waiting on my bank statement for confirmation on amount charged. After a long first day in Orlando, we came to a “totally clean” room. I mean, for some discrepancy on the system, they thought the room was vacant and proceeded to pack all of my stuff and threw away all of my food. Only good thing, nothing aside from the food was missing. The bag was labeled and dropped off by the front desk.

Pris - Breakfast near the pool, children's play area, 24 hours lobby. Cons - not many plug points to connect phones, laptops etc, no place to keep cloths and towel inside the bathroom, wardrobes drawars came out of sliding track, did not go in properly. Had a chair with wheels in the room and since it was a floor in the room, it was difficult to seat on the rolling chair.

Overall the stay was fine for 1 night. The rooms were clean, comfortable and generally quiet at night. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. The check in was not that great. Our rooms were not clean at 3:00 and we had to wait around by the pool until 4:30 before we could get into our room.

Stay was good. The Hotel staff was professional and courteous. The only reason giving 4 star and not 5 because the housekeeping staff actually took away one of our bag and threw it away which had some food items and other grocery stuff. Complained to the front desk, but never heard from them on how it happened.
