My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the beginning, the room key card did not work. I reported the issue at the front desk and they sent two staff members to check, but after looking at it they said they would come back and never returned. I waited for over two hours with no solution. I went back to complain again, but was told the hotel was fully booked and they could not change my room. They claimed they had called the maintenance manager and promised that when I came back from the parks, my keys would be ready. That never happened. What made the experience worse was that, as I was about to take my Uber, a supervisor made a mocking comment about me and laughed, which I found extremely disrespectful. When I returned, the receptionist greeted me with a bad attitude. My keys were not ready and she had to remake them on the spot. The customer service was terrible and far from what a guest should expect from a hotel. I do not recommend this place.

I didn’t like the smell to the room it smelled alittle moldy … the bed was amazing the shower was okay … the lady in the front when we checked in was not friendly at all didn’t give my husband eye contact at all didn’t tell us anything about WiFi… the pool was okay it was dirty the kid area wasn’t working …

I only had two bad experiences: 1. The first girl who served us wasn't very friendly. It seemed like I was bothering her by asking for a room. She wasn't very friendly, didn't smile, and didn't give me any options. I felt more like she was trying to avoid me. 2. We were offered free service to take us to the Orlando theme park, and the shuttle never showed up. The hotel didn't even bother to apologize or give any explanations. We wasted the entire morning of our one-day ticket waiting!

Was supposed to stay for 5 days and was only there for 8 hours. I knew walking in that me and my daughter couldn’t stay. The staff is friendly and phenomenal and I’m grateful they agreed to a refund. The room was awful. Walking in there was a musty, stale smell that affected both me and my daughters breathing. My daughter has eczema that is under control but after a few minutes she couldn’t stop scratching and scratched all night on the bed. The beds were creaky and I could feel every spring which made it uncomfortable. There was rust or mold around most of the fixtures. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Arriving the front looks great. The walk to the room was a distance but the room was cozy for two. Unfortunately the “security” walked in as we prepared to walk out lucky. Unannounced the door opened and we both were shocked. The security staff apologized for it was a routine inspection and was not informed the room had guest checked in. Although it was a simple mistake, both me and my boyfriend were a bit shaken up. The bed was comfy, few amenities. Overall 3/5

This place is disgusting , like a rent by the hour type of place! We arrived and immediately realized the mistake we had made. The photos on line or very decieving and do not reflect the reality of this place. It was dirty, moldy, there was trash on the grounds , the room smelled like mold , there was mold on the lampshade, stains on the beds, the walls had wholes and areas that need to be tending to. There was no way I was going to let my family stay in this place . This establishment should be ashamed for renting these rooms out in this condition.

The stay was good, but it cpuld have been better. The staff was very well prepared, however the signs for the "vending machines" were misleading as all of the drinks & snack were at the front office. If you intend to stay for the first time like I did, know that there exactly 4 double eletrical sockets in which 2 of them are behind some furniture, limited tv channels and a lack of hand soap, coffee machine, a working table lamp, etc. The breakfest was deliciulous & alright for the most part.8.5/10.

We booked 3 nights. We were given room 436. Upon check in I was told if we needed housekeeping it needed to be requested at least 24 hours in advance. The room was GROSS. There was mold/mildew speckling the walls, ceiling, and lamp shades. Out of 3 outlets we saw only one worked. The mattresses on the beds were old and stained brown under the sheets. The beds were supposed to be queen sized but they were full sized. The toilet took 2-3 flushes to flush just toilet paper and urine. There was what appeared to be feces smeared on the bottom of the bathroom door jamb. No shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast consisted of muffins and waffles. The elevator felt like it was going to break down. The splash pad didn’t work. We stayed the first night and fought with the front desk and Expedia the next morning to cancel the next 2 nights and get a refund. The motel is still holding our deposit! I’ve never been in a motel that disgusting. For the cherry on top we booked with Expedia for $100 per night. Once we were there I was told by another guest they paid $52 a night by booking straight through the hotel. What a crappy start to our vacation. Never ever will we use Expedia again.

Not so great!! The beds are horrible, if you like springs in your back every time you move then they are perfect. Fixtures are rusty and mildew/Mold is prevalent all over the ceiling. They tried to paint over it. The lobby is nice and the pool area is decent. This is definitely a low budget motel. We only stayed 1 night I’m so glad I did. I did like the area it’s convenient to most stores and eateries. I would not stay again even with the great price I received.

Stay away.

The rooms in the pictures are not a true representation of the room you will be staying in. Do your self a favor and skip this hotel. The rooms smell, there is mold in various locations on the room, ants, leaking toilet, leaking AC. I could go on and on. Just stay away.
