Stayed a couple of times but now the service wasn't the best. The building #2 was a kind of dirty. Seems like they working at the hotel but I did not enjoyed my stay. Yesterday I asked for clean towels after 3 hours I went to the lobby asking for the towels because the phone in my room wasn't working. I stayed in room 236.

It would have been helpful if they had provided a map of the property so I didn't have to drive around to find my room and the elevator. I had to ask for another set of towels since they only gave two sets for 3 people. But it was clean and quiet. When I asked for the towels, they were given right away without question. The pool looked really nice and the property was attractive and convenient to everything. I would stay here again.

Absolutely disgusting horrible very nasty black mold in rooms not clean at all horrible service would not recommend to any human or animal. Did not even started walked in the room it was so disgusting told the front desk that’s not suitable for any person or animal to stay in. was refused my refund. Room was nice. Beds a little softer than im used to but was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the pool area is very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures are probably 20+ years old, so extremely misleading as far as what you are getting. This was more of a cheap motel that has been past its prime. You ca tell the property has not been updated in over a decade, and the property owners just paint over what ever damages were previously there. The room smelled like an old refrigerator when you first enter it. You know that musty, humidity odor. The mattresses on the bed are way past there prime too, plus the frame under the boxspring stuck out a bit and the rust was visible. The staff was nice for the limited interaction we had. I don’t think I’ll ever use/rely on Expedia to book a hotel room through and would just rather pay full price at a Name brand Hotel, which ca at least guarantee a certain cleanliness/comfortability standard

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the beginning, the room key card did not work. I reported the issue at the front desk and they sent two staff members to check, but after looking at it they said they would come back and never returned. I waited for over two hours with no solution. I went back to complain again, but was told the hotel was fully booked and they could not change my room. They claimed they had called the maintenance manager and promised that when I came back from the parks, my keys would be ready. That never happened. What made the experience worse was that, as I was about to take my Uber, a supervisor made a mocking comment about me and laughed, which I found extremely disrespectful. When I returned, the receptionist greeted me with a bad attitude. My keys were not ready and she had to remake them on the spot. The customer service was terrible and far from what a guest should expect from a hotel. I do not recommend this place.

i mean you get what you pay for..but i’ve paid $50 and had way better 😂 even disney hotels get that low sometimes. i’m a frequent orlando visitor and this is by far the worst hotel i’ve stayed at. even took photos. everything was dirty, busted looking and the bed was equivalent to a giant damp jail cot. yes it was damp. lol save your $50 and do not trust these other “good” reviews 😭
