We encountered to an issue during our stay - a bag with two pair of shoes went missing, and despite seeking assistance from the hotel staff, we have yet to receive any meaningful support or resolution to this matter as of today’s date.
There was no handicap accessible parking in front of the property. We had to park behind the hotel, in a dark lot with no lighting. I could barely walk the distance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was friendly. I would like to give Kudos to one particular staff member "Cat" or Ms. Cat at the front desk. Her hospitality was over and beyond welcoming and exuberating. Having her apart of this staff makes me and I'm sure other want to come back again. She is a true example of impeccable customer service and warm, welcoming and inviting hospitality. I will definitely return to this location in the future. Thank you for everything.
I like the cleanliness of the building and layout of the room! Quiet and secure.
The staff always friendly. The beds are not queen size. They are too small for 2 people.
The bed and linens were nice but more pillows (or firmer ones) were needed. The existing ones were thin and floppy.
Clean room and nice staff
Everything was amazing at this hotel. The staff, the clean rooms, the heated pool. The only complaint I have is I was charged an extra $100 and not sure why. I called and was told I would be refunded, so I’m still waiting on that. Otherwise this is a great place to stay.
