If I had known that the amenities were closed I wouldn’t have booked. We were in Orlando for my kids spring break. There was hair in the beds so I didn’t feel that the sheets were cleaned. We didn’t have enough towels and washcloths so when we asked for more I was told to bring the others from the room back but there wasn’t enough! Great location but terrible service! I would never stay here again!

Well , let me tell you The hotel is not very clean at all . We got bed bugs . I got beat all over my body . Great location no doubt about it . But rather paid more for a cleaner room ..
The lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room had an odor. The windows were filthy. Fridge door handle broken. Eggs waffles never seen that before.The tub made crackling noises. Breakfast was distasteful. Oatmeal packets available but no microwave in area. Hallway rug once off elevator had long stain.

The property is very conveniently located for conferences. Very close to the convention center, which is great. Negative is that the property really needs to work on cleanliness. Rooms were very superficially clean. Beds clean, towels clean but corners of the rooms, fans and vents all dirty, carpets look very well worn and dirty, cockroaches coming out of the A/C was the worst part.
I loved the location, its next to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. When i had a problem with the room they fixed it quickly. The rooms were clean very nice. The thing i didnt like was the breakfast options and the tv signal was messed up so we couldnt really watch anything at night.
Our room smelled like cat pee. There was a yellow stain on our sheets on one of our beds. And the communication was poor at the front desk. I would not recommend to anybody to stay at this hotel.
