Very nice hotel , very clean and welcoming staff at the front desk, however, I had the worst experience with the shuttle service when I was leaving. The driver didn’t ask where I was going and went to arrivals, when I told him I was departing he told me this is the only stop. If you know the Orlando airport you know how far of a walk that is. I was traveling with a baby so you can imagine the ordeal I went through to get to terminal C from terminal A.
