Initially, when booking through Expedia, I was excited that it mentioned there was on-site parking to my knowledge. I thought I could leave something there meaning my car while I was on a three day trip that was not specified when I checked in they said they have no parking for overnight. That was the main reason I chose that location a little bit misleading.

I came in on a late flight with my son. The site didn’t indicate where the free shuttle would be located. My flight landed in terminal C and the shuttle is located in terminal A. I think having a little more information about that would be helpful for travelers. The woman answering the phones at the hotel during the late shift was rude and spoke to me as if I were a child when telling me where I could find the shuttle. I think a Customer Service class wouldn’t be a bad idea. Even arriving to the hotel she was pretty rude. Overall the hotel was nice and room was really nice as well. I wouldn’t stay here again tho.

This property clearly has some type of infestation on the 4th floor with roaches. I’ve reported to their brand, and they won’t offer any feasible resolution other than points when I didn’t book this reservation with points. I want my funds returned the same way the property received them. I will not be returning, and I’ve made that clear so to offer me any “reward” that has to me used with or through your company isn’t acceptable unfortunately. Their support team also responded to my email with a complaint that I didn’t even reach out to them about showing that they could care less about the service they provide.
