Refused to clean my room after the first night. I asked for clean towels, did not get delivered. I had to go downstairs to personally collect fresh towels. My room smelled like sewage. Parts of the hotel were in disrepair (areas around the elevators, etc). The front desk staff is tasked with also staffing the Starbucks coffee bar…they are “barely” trained to handle this task. The tables in the breakfast/bar area are equipped with power outlets, but they do not work. The staff had to borrow items from the breakfast are to complete my Starbucks order.

Great location! The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was perfect. Clean bedroom. The pool and hot tub were fun after a long day at the parks. Only one elevator was working, so we had to use the stairs during busy parts of the day at the hotel. Not a big deal for us. We planned on hiring a car and I’m glad we did. The shuttle service does not go to all the local theme parks, and it leaves late in the morning, so it’s not convenient for a day at the park.

The room was neglected, the staff was minimal, breakfast was passable but dirty throughout with little to no maintenance. The pool has no lounge chairs and the lack is not listed on the website. Emails to management went unanswered and one elevator broke causing guests to wait in 10 minute lines to use the remaining one.
