The room had roaches and they steal your delivered food. When you’re in the parking lot there there’s a lot of men just hanging out there smoking marijuana. It looked like the projects out of a movie.

Room was decent. Bed was hard as a rock. Like sleeping on the floor. The front desk lady was kinda rude or possibly just ready to get off.... AC was cold was a plus for us. The entire place smelt funny and had a few different smells. The parking is kinda tiny. Nice part is the rooms are relatively quiet. Overall you get what you pay for. Good price though.

I booked extra days and when getting to the desk the manager stated you have to book a minimum of 7 days. This is unprofessional. After argument he agreed to extend my stay for two days.

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked this hotel 2–3 days in advance for a trip with my family of six (myself, my girl, our two kids, and my in-laws). After driving nearly 3 hours, we arrived—only to walk into a completely unattended front desk. After waiting a while, a woman finally showed up, but she was rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t want to be there. To make things worse, our room wasn’t even ready, and she told us that they didn’t know there would be six of us, even though it was clearly part of the reservation. She said they might not have sheets for us because no one had washed them. Seriously? We finally got a room key, but she didn’t even tell us where the room was—we had to figure it out ourselves. When we got to the room, it was disgusting. The table had burn marks, and when I checked the drawers (because we have kids), I found a drug bag in one of them. At that point, we had enough. We handed the keys right back and left without staying the night. We had to book another hotel last minute just to have somewhere to sleep after that long drive. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not stay here. I have pictures for proof.

We stayed there because we wanted to enjoy the pool but they were have remodeling done. This wouldnt have been am issue if we were told this prior to booking. Water was cut off twice during our stay.

The property is conveniently located for business and leisure activities. However the property was undergoing renovation and we were not told about this when making our reservation. The bedroom was ok but the external areas were a mess. The breakfast was basic and I would recommend that after renovation, the hotel try to provide more breakfast options.

When I booked this reservation several months ago, there was no notification on Expedia that they were going through renovations. When we arrived late in the evening, they put us on the first floor at the very end. Two days later at 7:30 am on the Fourth of July construction started on all the rooms around us with shouting, power tools, hammers – what you would expect for renovations. I can tell you it’s desperately needed at this facility, but the fact that they didn’t give us a heads up and move us the next day knowing renovations were going to start was inconsiderate. After I complained, they did move us to the third floor to a renovated room. It’s definitely better, but the mattresses were really hard. The “renovated” furnishings are clearly used, but the sleeper sofa was an improvement. The pool was nice, but the hot tub doesn’t work.The breakfast is coffee, granola bars, and make your own Quaker oatmeal/grits. The staff really are very helpful and friendly, but I must say but I don’t see us staying at an Extended Stay again. Not that one anyway. There are better options for just a few dollars more.
