Perfect stay, macro should be updated, but it worked. The only minor complaint i have is that they dont do the bed, if you dont ask or pay for it. Location is perfect. I really recommned it

The rooms are separated by very thin doors with gaps, so instead of getting a single room with a king size bed for myself I felt like I spent several days with a number of additional adults and kids. Very noisy and essentially no privacy

Primary complaint was with breakfast. "Served until 9:30" means closed and cleaned out by 9:31 and it was only white bread toast , frozen cream cheese and butter. But free. Coffee was good though.

I stayed here for one night. The price wasn't as bad as other hotels nearby. The distance between the hotel and universal studio is 5 mins. Plenty of places to eat with in 5 mins. Even a movie theater. I would stay here again. The place was clean and open - the room was very big.

Toast and old cereal for breakfast, no glass for water in the room, soda machine out side (in the rain), dirty shower with hair on the curtain, mold growing in the corners, room smelled of smoke though it was non smoking.

Bugs on the counter odor in the room Staind carpet And mattress. The hallway security door unlocked. I would not stay there again nor will I refer Anybody. And it was my first time out in 20 years. I will spend more money for a better place next time

This hotel was so comfortable and clean I didn't want to leave for the first day! The location was very convenient and easy to access. I got an early check in and slept like a baby in the comfy bed. Lots of great restaurants close by.

the hotel staff was wonderful the hotel was clean and i would recomend this to anyone i give it a 5 star in my book

We decided last minute to stay the night. This hotel is smack dab in the middle of Idrive so we could walk to everything!!!

Excellent., hotel.. Nice service and convenient as it is near by universal which i want.enjoyed

Arrived early.staff was good enough to get us into a room.the minute we got off the elevator, there was a funky smell.it smelled like cheese.pretty gross.room smelled even worse.at $90 a night i couldve gotten much better.oh yeah, the breakfast...i hope you like toast because thats pretty much whatcha get.but the good news is you can pick white or wheat.some cereals were also available.for an extra $30 homewood suites is the best deal in town.full breakfast and a full dinner too !

Check out is at 12, and if needed extended stat till 1. Great location, it's located on the back of the strip so you can access the building from a back road

I will stay here every time I visit jacksonville. For the price you can't beat it. The room smelled great, was very spacious.. Had the deluxe 2 dbl beds. Bedding was crisp & clean. Staff was very nice & welcoming. I don't know why anyone would pay this same price for a standard hotel room when they can have all this space .. It's like a little apartment. Very cozy stay .

needs an ice machine ...needs own printer ... more pillows... free breakfast so so .... good pool ... nice kitchen ...comfortable beds and furniture ... close to most attractions... free items if you leave something home (like a toothbrush)

We booked this hotel for a weekend getaway so if being there only 2 nights it wasn't that bad. The halls and rooms smelled like cigarretes and sometimes it smelled like someone in a room close to us was burning some illegal substance even though we requested a non smoking area. With two little kids this was a turn off for us. The continental breakfast was horrible! The waffles and French toast were frozen and not fresh and tasted horrible. The only other thing was oatmeal, cereal boxes, an mini muffins along with some coffee and juices. The room was pretty spacious and clean. I would not recommend this hotel unless the above doesn't bother you.

The hotel is easy to find even though it is 'off' the beaten path. The staff were ok. Didnt get to try the continental breakfast so wont comment on that. Didnt use the pool, weight room, or game room. Looked in game room, pretty average for what I've seen in hotels before. Had a pet with us which is part of why we chose this hotel for the much cheaper pet deposit over so many other hotels that want 4 times as much. The room was clean, but the rooms need updated. TV was old and cable not clear. Otherwise, it was a quick stay and was sufficient to our purpose!

For my purpose ESD Orlando worked out great for me. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I arrived early after a long flight, got me a room quickly. The room size was perfect for my purpsoe.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is superb. Would be a good idea to include pots and utensils to cook. An announcement that the pool is heated would be a plus; if I knew that I would jump into the pool.

I will definitely come back. It was a comfortable stay, the bathrooms are not very spacious and the room and bath could be cleaner, however it is bareable for the price.

As a couple on a fly drive holiday (early 50's) we found our stay at the ESD-Orlando Convention Centre on Universal Blvd to be ideal for someone looking for a great value location. The studio/room we occupied was a good size, spotless, well decorated in a floridian style and well equiped for anyone who wished to avail of kitchen facilities. The reception and breakfast area was also kept spotless and continental breakfast (bagels, danish pastry, muffins, various fruits, yogurts, cream cheese, jam, tea, coffee, fruit juice) was included in the price and this was a great bonus whilst in Florida both in saving time and saving money. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. We stayed a few nights at the start of our fly drive holiday before moving on and as we found it satisfactory returned there at the end of our holiday for several nights as we liked the location (much quieter than International Drive but only a short walking distance from it). WE WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RETURNING TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL ON OUR NEXT TRIP TO FLORIDA - A GOOD LOCATION AND GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY FOR ANYONE DOING FLORIDA ON A BUDGET. DOWNSIDE OF OUR STAY 1. We found the corridors leading to the studios/rooms were dull and a bit off putting due to the decor and not as tastefully decorated as the rooms (dull mustard walls and rust coloured carpets). 2. The air conditioning units were quite noisy but we did get used to the noise. 3. During our stay there was a problem with the gate leading to the pool area which meant it had to be kept unlocked which was not a problem for us but perhaps not so good for families with very young children. All things considered WE WILL CERTAINLY RETURN TO STAY.
