I booked a two bedroom suite for my family and I, in hopes to be able to prepare some food during our 3 night stay. My suite had a very tiny fridge, but didn't even have as much as a microwave in the room. The suite was very barren and there were even holes in the walls from a broken soap/lotion dispenser that was once attached, and never repaired. The experience was quite sub par in my opinion, for the price I paid. Despite the disappointment of the property, I was very impressed with the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The hotel was very close to Universal/Islands of Adventure which is what I was looking for. Parking on site and the continental breakfast were included with our stay. Would definitely stay again
