Great affordable option for a few days at Universal. $10 uber ride to park. Clean, comfortable and everything in working condition. Staff friendly and helpful. Free Breakfast is fine if you like bagels, but if not, there is a McDonald’s within a 5 minute drive of the hotel. In same 5 minute radius is a Walgreens, Popeyes, and a pizza place (Giorlandos?). Dominos and Pizza Hut deliver to hotel room. 24 hour coffee in lobby, so no coffee maker in room. Coffee not strong enough for us but that’s a personal preference. Small Beverage cooler in room convenient for minor refrigeration needs.

I stay 5 days for New Year , The Breakfast is Very Poor , Only Bagel , Eggs whitout peel ,Children Cereal and Orange Juice. The bathtub is peeled and when i asked for 2 Towell in the morning i had to send messages 2 more times and gave to me afer 6PM .

Staff was good, cannot complain. Amenities were very limited. Room was spacious and nice although sound proofing was somehow poor. Breakfast was limited. Overall cleanliness was very good. And the bed and room were pretty comfortable. The location was quiet good as well. Would repeat the booking but it’s good to know the available limitations.

We checked in around midnight and were immediately given a room with an overwhelming odor of moisture and urine. The smell was so strong that it was impossible to stay in the room. We reported this to the front desk, but the staff member we spoke with was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. After some insistence, we were eventually moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. While the odor was slightly improved, the room itself was very dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor, visible insects, and clumps of hair throughout the carpet, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had through Hotels.com. We filed a claim through the app, but customer service indicated they were unable to reach any on-site management. We are still attempting to resolve this situation. Based on this experience, we would strongly advise others to avoid staying here. It’s difficult to understand how this property continues to operate given the conditions and lack of accountability.

Everything was average. I asked if they could make up the sofa bed ahead of my arrival, since I knew I would be arriving very late and tired from my flight. They acknowledged my request, but did nothing. The hotel is older and painted over (not a great paint job), many times. It is in a convenient location, good access to pretty much everything. Staff were nice.
