We had a wonderful stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good.

I realize the hotel is in the midst of being remodeled so I hesitate to be too critical. I assume new carpet and paint are in the agenda. I would also suggest bath towels more of the quality we would expect from a Hilton property.

Over all I am happy with my stay, for the price. The staff was very VERY helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t the BEST, but nothing worth complaining about. AC was great, breakfast was sufficient, and the shuttle to Universal was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The majority of the room was nice and neat! The curtains really really dirty but the service from the front desk and housekeeping was great, they came everyday to clean the room! Thank you Spark by Hilton for a great stay!

I was not advised that there would be a fee for my dog. When I was looking for a hotel for this day, I was searching for hotels I was looking for one that excepted pets. The hotel was not very clean. Breakfast consisted of bagels, cereal, fruit some days, cereal, muffins, boiled eggs and oatmeal however the microwave didn't work to cook the oatmeal. I have stayed at other hotels with a far better breakfast. The reviews I read said it was a nice hotel and good breakfast, however I highly disagree.
