Definitely fair pricing, didn’t feel like i over paid. Entire second floor smelt like marijuana. Also, my room wasn’t cleaned once nor did i receive fresh towels during my 3 night stay.
The orbitz listing and their personal site both list free breakfast, but they do not do anything anymore. When we asked if there would be any type of discount because the info was incorrect, we were totally brushed off and said that our hotel room was discounted enough already, and that was good enough. Rooms are grungy, and door kept getting stuck. Coffee machine was filthy.

The room was fine except our bathroom sink was kind of slow to drain. The second day our toilet clogged. We were going out to dinner so I thought I would stop by the front desk on our way out and tell them and someone would take care of it while we were gone. When I told the front desk person she said “let me get you the plunger.” I couldn’t believe it. They expected a guest to plunge the toilet themselves. I just told them I would get it when I came back from dinner. When we came back my husband got the plunger and fixed the toilet. I can’t believe a hotel like Best Western wouldn’t have maintenance on staff to take care of something like that! Also, one day we came back at 3:30 pm and our room wasn’t cleaned but they had come in and took all our our towels. We couldn’t take a shower after being at the water park all day. We had to get towels from them and my husband told them not to bother cleaning the room that day. Consequently, the next day we ran out of toilet paper. We’ve stayed at several Best Westerns over the years and this was by far our worst experience.
Even staying on the first floor near the lobby the room was pretty quite

We chose this location because it was central to all the attractions we were going to during spring break. It's located in a plaza so parking is hard to find if you return late. The room was clean but the toilet clogs easily. You have to hold the lever down for 10 seconds to get enough water to flush. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was half cleaned one day. We returned to room with a bag of trash on the chair, shower curtain missing, no bag for ice, and missing towels. When we called the front desk, she said housekeeping is no longer there. We had to go downstairs to get a shower curtain and install it ourselves. For the inconvenience she offered to mail us a travel card to compensate us.
For what we needed, it was good. Free shuttle to Universal Studios and Disney.
