Honest review: My overall experience here was awesome! I would definitely stay again. The walls in the room are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors if they are talking loudly. The windows in the rooms do not open so I was disappointed I couldn't get fresh air flow. Most of the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They are quick to get things to your room if you ask for it and they're quick to answer the front desk phone. Water is not complimentary outside of the two they give you on arrival so you'll want to buy your own at the store. The shuttle service was amazing and so convenient! The restaurant inside of the hotel is very pricey because the portions are ridiculously large (the downside is that you can't really take anything back to your room because no microwave so it feels like its not worth it). Overall I had great time and I appreciated how clean and updated the interior is. Staff told me they just went through a $20M renovation.
All I wanted was something close to the airport with a bar. Augustine was the best!

We loved how we were greeted and how great the customer service was from Amy and Venessa and Scott the Valet.
The guest was evacuated from her room in the middle of the night because the room across the hall was on fire. they offered a complementary night elsewhere, but she was only in the area for one night. I would prefer a refund to the Orbitz points that were used to make this booking.
There is a lot of construction going on at the hotel and the parking is kind of confusing as the exit to the right of the property was constantly blocked by cones so we would have to turn around and go back to the one by the lobby
I've stayed here before and it's been fine. It's clean, the staff is friendly and professional, it's in a nice quiet area and I can walk to and from my office when I'm working in town. However, and I understand construction makes things better in the future, the lobby is under construction and the restaurant and bar were closed due to construction. I arrived ready for a nice dinner in the restaurant but I settled for a frozen burrito and I was directed to the microwave set up next to the ice machines. The TV remote had the most irritating delay when first turned on which made it next to unresponsive along with a super low resolution cryptic channel guide on the TV. All in all minor issues but it made for a disappointing experience.

This was a nice hotel in the Irvine area. We stayed here because it was close to the family gathering we had planned that weekend. The front desk staff was very friendly and quickly checked us in. The area was safe and kept up. The only thing was it was under renovation, which we knew and after we booked we got a text telling us about it. I appreciate the communication. The construction seem it was right above our room, it was not a big deal as we dropped off our things and left for the evening. The check out system I really enjoyed. Drop off box at the front desk and another one at the gate when you exit with your car. I recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in the Tustin/Irvine area.
The property is beautiful. Staff very good and friendly. Food and bar very nice. Room and bed excellent.
This facility is five star and conveniently located to the airport as well as most of the recreational facilities of the area. More significantly is that the staff is incredibly helpful and worked very hard to make my trip pleasant.
