Staff services were greatly appreciated from checking in to time to check out.

Terrific staff, great rooms and amenities. Spacious bar with good food and gorgeous outdoor seating. And if, like my 6’ 4” husband, you find hotel shower heads usually can’t reach the top of your head, the showers will blow your mind.

Great workout facility, nice pool and hot tub. Very nice hotel and rooms. Great location.

Overall it was a good experience in Irvine Marriott. It had vast lobby area and nice bar area that I and my friends could get together in the evening. The valet parking was free for my friends for 3 hour stay even mine was $30. The room was clean and comfortable but a little too small for $180 value. The breakfast was delicious and the waiter was very responsive and helpful. The wifi was not free in the room but was free in the lobby which was good enough for our need. The only thing I thought has room to improve is staff training. The front desk lady had no smile when I checked in and checked out, and did not tell me my breakfast was free. When my wife asked her to confirm, she was kind of implying that the free breakfast was low quality and we needed to pay extra money to get better choice (which was not true since the free breakfast was great).

Rooms are okay. Don’t pre-order breakfast. They made it seem like I was being dishonest and they wouldn’t make the mistake of losing an order. It took about an hour to get the order which they said they would “rush”. The order was wrong even though I told her what was ordered. I tried to call to check on how long they would be and they wouldn’t answer. This whole fiasco made me late getting to the airport. Because of how rude the two ladies were that morning, I would never stay here again. I recommend staying somewhere else if you intend on getting coffee/breakfast before heading to the airport or if you don’t want to experience rude staff.

Had a quick overnight work conference and this place is very nice and accommodating Will definitely stay here again

Baker was very welcoming as well as staff attentive the min I walked in the door . Clean room and onsite staebucks w restaurant and full bar

We had a room with 2 double beds so it felt really small and it's hard to sleep 2 adults on one of those things! The refrigerator was "coming" so that was disappointing as we had food with us. No microwave either which meant no popcorn with our movie! The room was very modern though and pretty. The pool area was great with a big fire pit and ping pong tables. Be prepared to pay $20 for parking though!

Bar, Starbucks, and nice rooms, but Wi-Fi is $16 for 24hrs! Come on guys motel 6 has free wifi.

No complaints whatsoever, great value for a well updated hotel, would definitely stay here again!

The room water should be free and it isn't . Great interior design of lobby and room. Mattress is super comfortable.

I stayed for OC Bar event. I was very pleased with our stay. The rooms were newly renovated and very modern and roomy. I would recommend for guest and others staying in the area for business as its very close to freeways, restaurants and the airport.

Really nice and perfect hotel clan and comfortable:))))) nice tv and robe:)))

It was extremely disappointing to see a note in my room saying that the water supply would stop for up to 2 hours between 9 AM and 3 PM. While this actually did not happen during the 9 AM to 12 PM that I was at the hotel I am very disappointed that I was not told about this prior to booking. Another problem I faced was that the toilet flush broke - I had to call the front desk.

Staff was ON it! Very pleased! Room was SO comfy and balcony was a huge bonus!

I've stayed at this hotel over a dozen times. The downstairs bar and restaurant are great. However, I was bummed to find out that Marriott won't provide loyalty point credit for rooms booked through a travel site, even though that's how the majority of folks book travel. It makes it harder on the customer to do otherwise, which is counter to Marriott culture. The rewards number has always been included in the site profile, but apparently that doesn't matter. I think this policy needs to be changed.

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and the hotel was perfect...with great comfort and amenities. The staff is well-trained and courteous. We were even surprised with a special tray of treats and a nice card! The best part is that we saved $60 per night through Orbitz!

We spent a disappointing night at the Irvine Marriott. First off, the hot tub was cold for my 4 and 7 year old boys so they were disappointed because the regular pool was so cold. Also, they give you no warning that you need to bring your hotel key down when you exit so you can get the "discounted" parking rate for staying at the hotel. If you don't have your key, you pay an elevated rate. Not the best hotel experience!

The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was facing the freeway and there was a very loud air conditioning unit outside the window. They moved us to a quieter room on the other side of the hotel upon request. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were under construction while we were there. We were disappointed about that. Also disappointing was a $10 charge for wifi and a $23 charge for parking. The prices were very expensive for the food and drinks as well.

Very nice place but a bit expensive. Not a lot of places to eat around when you are limited on time.
