Room was very dirty. Much hair on sink. Dirty wash cloths still in bathtub. Windows dirty. Chair in room had tear so stuffing coming out. Would never go back!!!

It was very dark inside the room, even with the curtains open. Not a room where you want to stay and relax is only to go to sleep and be out all day.

Room was not clean. There were hairpins near the clothes rack. A face towel from a previous guest was still hanging in the shower.

We needed a clean room for 1 night, and this property served its function. It is designed for longer stays, and I understand that, but the furnishings look like they were purchased at a garage sale in the late 1970s. Very stark and few items matched. We paid for a room with view, but the room was in a corner of the hotel and an overgrown tree COMPLETELY blocked any view. The ‘free breakfast’ consisted of 2 coffee pots (one was missing) and a pot of hot water. In addition, there was a few baskets of granola bars, muffins and pouches to make oatmeal. Breakfast was served in a 2’x4’ counter with the baskets underneath. By the brief encounters we had as we came and left, the impression we got was this hotel has a lot of Medicaid patients that get their rooms paid for through Cal State and Fed subsidies. Once again, room was decently clean and we only stayed one night, but room was affordable and near where we needed.

I’ve never stay or seen a Hotel and one of the most beautiful areas in the country being so filthy, service was horrible amenities were almost nonexistent no room service no telephone definitely I will never stay in this hotel chain again. For $60 more I could’ve stayed at the Fairmont hotel five star across the street. My fault.

No toilet paper No bathroom lights Lightswitch/knob not functioning no housecleanig

I am shocked that orbitz offered this hotel. I felt scammed by the end of this trip. Starting with the rental car and then the hotel / homeless shelter. Mold. Bullet holes. Roaches. Bugs in bed. The smell of the hotel. Unacceptable. Tried to get a refund but because i had no where else to go with 2 kids, i had to stay there , they would not refund me. Complete unacceptable nightmare for me and my kids.

It’s an older hotel but our room was clean which is the most important thing. Staff was friendly and helpful.

El area en los Parkin esta muy sucia ,el cuarto no tiene cafeteras, , las toallas están rancias huelen mal.

quiet area friendly staff

Needed bfast

Multiple times we saw dog poop on the floor inside the hotel, only 1 person working the front desk, worker going outside to her car for her break.

Brutal - property not secure doors propped open always smelled like smoke and weed. Dirty

The door to my room was open upon my arrival. The remote control for the TV was broken. There was a holder attached to the bathroom wall for a blow dryer. But there was no blow dryer. There was no coffee maker. There were no hangers in the closet. There was an iron but no ironing board. The only toiletries provided were two small bars of soap and a small tube of low-grade shampoo. No conditioner, no body lotion. The desk phone did not work. The line was not plugged in. The outlet was apparently behind the bed, which was far too heavy for me to move. I was given replacements for the blow dryer and the TV remote. But the staff should have been on top of this. Someone should have been in charge of a checklist for the room's most basic amenities. It was not my responsibility, as a customer, to prompt the staff. I paid enough that this should not have even been an issue. Last November I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in nearby Santa Ana. The nightly rate was comparable. But the quality of service was far superior. The room was nicely planned out. The items that were missing from my room at Extended Stay, were present and plentiful at County Inn & Suites by Radisson. Please know that I will NEVER stay at Extended Stay America/Orange County again. My experience was unpleasant. I certainly did not get what I paid for.
