Friendly welcome clean and organized. Easy check in and informative. Following COVID 219 regs.

Marriott will not honor your reservation, doesn’t matter if you paid a premium for a two bedroom suite they will give you a one bedroom queen bed and say “sorry we are booked” “take it or leave it” especially over holiday weekends when you can’t checkout and find another location. Sadly I won’t be booking at Marriott properties any time soon and managers and area manager will ignore your emails and will not take actions against rude front desk staff. Seems like they encourage this behavior. Family of 4 stuck in a one queen bed room, awful experience. Marriott won’t credit you for the difference either. I paid for a two queen room and they were happy to charge not giving credit for the small one bedroom suite.

Older hotel in need of repairs and updates. Friendly staff. Older rooms and decor.

I really enjoyed the hotel, it's close to restaurants, and highway. The bed was great!!

The toilet slowly flushed. Everything else was good.

Compared to its facility in Bethlehem, PA, it was just standard. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly.

Balcony was relaxing spot. Bistro was convenient and very good.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was quick to respond and friendly.

Well kept, pool and spa area very relaxing and reasonable prices

Dear Mitchell, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. The experience you described is not characteristic of the level of service our associates strive to provide. I apologize that we couldn't accommodate your room request for two beds via Expedia. As a teachable moment please note the room type isn't guaranteed when booking with a third party. We do however try our best to accommodate and unfortunately this time we couldn't. I also did try to reach out multiple times during your stay. In an effort to better accommodate the remaining nights of your trip. However you stated you didn't wish to speak with me. Again I apologize and we hope to better serve you in the future.
