Very very bad experience. The guy who checked me in threw my id, cc, and room key to me. Which was strange bc it was a slot window. He acted like i interrupted him. I wouldn't recommend or go back. They don't tell you the room doesn't come with refrigerators

There are no amenities like hair dryer or water bottle or a fridge. It’s just an okay place for stay

Key card maker was broken - we had to be escorted to the room SERIOUS breach of security when someone entered our room at 12.40am - said they were confused - how is that possible - another guest could not have a key !! Only someone in management could have been responsible This property is NOT recommended

The hotel room towels are extremely dirty, I can see the dark and yellow spots all over and hairs. It was very discusting.

The hotel was nice and inexpensive and the guy who checked us in was very friendly. My one negative about our experience is that my husband and I got in very late from and overtime Giants game so we were trying to sleep in and house keeping came loudly tapping on the door with a room key and proceeded to enter our room at 8:30 am. Granted we should have placed a “do not disturb” sign on our door but we never thought they would come and disturb us at 8:30 am. We are parents, I am full term pregnant with our second and were kid free so we were really looking forward to sleeping in.

Room was nice but no hairdryer or iron! And no elevator!!

Remote didn’t work on the TV and the front desk receptionist tried charging my card again after I already paid for my reservation online

Tiles were peeling up.The toilet was dirty. The microwave looked like somebody had started a fire in it. During check in one of the employees was very busy and said he would be with us in a moment. Another gentleman was behind the counter messing with the computer and said the other gentleman would be back to check us in and never offered to assist us. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything in the hallway. Our room was right by the laundry and the staff made a lot of noise in the morning. The older gentleman who checked us in was the only good part of our stay. He was extremely pleasant always smiling and asked how we were doing every evening when we got back to the hotel.

It was okay, every time I stay here there seems to be an altercation

If you literally need just somewhere to lay your head to sleep, come here. This hotel does not have a mini fridge, complimentary shampoo/conditioner nor counter space in the bathroom to get ready. Just the basics.
