"What really saves this property is that it’s relatively new. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable.
That said, the food was average at best, and the service didn’t match what you’d expect from an all-inclusive. The staff often came across as disengaged, with a noticeable lack of warmth or attentiveness.
If you’re traveling with kids and just need a clean, easy, all-inclusive setup, it’s acceptable. But if you’re expecting quality food, good drinks, and a more elevated experience, this may not be the right fit"
