Excellent food fun and vybz

First time staying here and it was just horrible food was horrible and really bad customer service...will never stay here again ...can't compare to the riu hotels .we had a leak in our room and we called the front desk and no one answered the first day we got there our safe didn't work called the front desk they said they would send someone no one came.and they had jamaican night at the buffet with no curry goat also every single restaurant was.booked up so we had to eat at the buffet every single night

The food was good! If you’re just going to relax it is ok! No form of entertainment, none! I went to the theatre and it was such a disappointment. The guest were all sitting and still waiting in disbelief. Is that it?! At least now I know, never again.

The pool, food, parking, drinks and rooms were excellent

We were shown pictures of the suites and kids water area is why I booked this resort. We were on the beach side which was different from the pictures they showed us. We were told two adults would get 300.00 each in resort credits that was a lie and deception we got 300.00 worth of coupons and you had to spend 75.00 to 150.00 per coupon to use one. Roaches and bugs were in our room. Our sheets has stains on them. They flat out lied and deceived us. Don’t waste your hard earned money with these people. I was there to celebrate my birthday I was mad at the way I was deceived

Buffett was not great. Meats were dry when grilled

Just stayed at Iberostar Rose Hall beach for five nights. They kept the resort very clean and the lobby smelled so fresh. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. We opted for a ocean front room and the view was amazing.

Overall I would recommend Iberostar JA. Our concierge Nadine really made us feel comfortable and assisted us with scheduling dinner reservations and events. This really was a highlight of the trip. The Buffet dining is excellent with great options and delicious meals. Perfectly calm beach location, relaxing atmosphere. The property is well maintained. The only downside - The older Iberostar Beach property’s rooms are in need of updates. We avoided contact with the old orange cloth sofa which appeared dirty. There is music from 10-6pm which made reading in quiet a challenge. Otherwise staff were exceptional. Leroy at the cabanas is cordial, accommodating, and friendly. We would return.

This was a fun time. Lots to do. The food was outstanding and the resort was immaculate.

Most of the staff was amazing. If it wasn't for them and the amazing group we were with i wouldn't have made it through the week. We had 3 family's and one room didn't have ac on day one. They mentioned this problem everyday with no solution till day 6 (I will come back to this). On day 3 in the afternoon probably around 12:00 I noticed the whole resort was without water. This was kind of a issue as it's hot, people need to wash their hands, flush the toilets etc. Thankfully i had a bottle of water sonwe used that to wash our hands before going to get food but I'm sure nobody else did and they didnt even have hand sanitizer for people to use.. the water came on just before we needed to shower and get ready for dinner. Then on night 6 our friends room (a family of 4) was finally switched so they could have ac and finally sleep. Little did we know ( because nobody informed any of the guests) they had a planed matenence and the ac was getting shut of at 11pm and we had no ac in the entire resort till 1:00 the next day! I woke up at 2am so hot I thought I had a fever. I realised quickly it wasnt me but that the ac wasnt working.. I woke my husband up and we called the front desk, the guy didnt know anything about it and said he would call someone to check it out. The next day was so rough for everyone as nobody got any sleep. We spent the day at the pool to try and keep cool. It was so hot that one of the kids got really sick from the heat and was throwing up.

My favorite part was the food best resort food I ever tasted. Everything was great from beach to pool to bar my glfamily loved it

The sister property next door grand suites is better!

The information about what is offered at the property was not clear. The service was not good because the staff didn't know where to get lunch for the two hours that it was offered at the restaurant. Everyone was instructing people to go to the pool bar for lunch. I saw two roaches while eating in two restaurants. There was no soap in the shower soap dispenser for three days. Even though I had the room cleaned every day. The two main elevators hadtwoelevatorseach, one didn't work at all. And the other one had one that worked.
