I had privacy. It was quit..no activities ....pool etc.. Food was nasty. Property is ALWAYS under construction. Away from town..

The property was about the same as my last visit except for the covid restrictions which I expected. Also, the battery in my door failed in the middle of the night when I took my dog out and I ended up having to stay in another room for half the night. This was a huge inconvenience and I think I should have either been offered another night or been reimbursed for part of my bill. I will not return to this hotel.

I truly believed I found a great deal online, but I was sadly mistaken. This was one of the few hotels that allowed dogs, and since it was my first time traveling with an animal, I figured the Wyndham wood be superb. At check-in, they failed to mention that the pet fee was per day. The sliding door to enter the inside of the hotel was about to fall off. When my family and I reached our room, both my 4 yr old and 12 yr old said ewwww. There was various stains on the blanket visible as soon as you walked in including blood. No towels in the bathroom and the bathtub was dirty. We were able to call the front desk for new covers and towels, and thank goodness I came with cleaning supplies because we had the dog! We did our usual bed bug check , and boy why did I do that! I got even more grossed out with the stains, gum wrappers, condom wrappers etc found. No bed bugs though! It was 1am by this time, we traveled to visit my elderly grandmother who is ill, so I truly just cleaned up vigorously and tried to bring laughter to my children under the circumstances. Never again Wyndham. Even the next day as we were exiting for an early dinner , the hotel staff was wondering around. I spoke , because that’s what adults do, no one spoke back. The man outside fixing something was on the ladder with his pants sagging and a cigarette in his mouth. The best thing about the hotel, was the beach. Even the restroom in the lobby had feces on the floor!

Checked in and the room looked great originally. Bed time came and my child pulled the comforter back; big wet yellow stain ( front office told us a roof leak... there was no leaks on ceiling and the comforter was dry that was over it....). Moved to a new room; smaller beds, absolutely no towels, view over a pool where drunks were screaming until 6:30 am; nobody ever stopped them). Went down to ask for towels( overheard front desk clerks complaining about guests asking for towels), was told they would send some; they never came. Called again next morning and we received 2( we had 4 in our room); no washcloths or anything. Trash bags from rooms lined the hallways for the entire stay; nobody picked it up or even vacuumed. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. And honestly; they should at least do a partial refund.

Our stay was very nice. Things have changed due to the COVID-19. I believe things will be better in time with enough help and service to rooms. Everyone was nice and they helped us in any way we needed it.

Where to start, this property is a mess. Dirty, run down, management doesn't seem to care. A disaster...if you have ANY other option, go elsewhere.

A DISGUSTING and NASTY HOTEL is a understatement. The hallway to the room smelled like a dumpster and urine. Tissues and paper all over the floor which looks like it has been vacuumed in days. The room door had a smeared booger on the back of it with hair inside of it. Boogers were also on the light switch. The inside of the sink was black and 2 roaches came out of the sink while cleaning it. The towels in the bathroom were dirty (black spots) and had hair on them. The best had a big area of what either looked like crusted food or bodily fluid (unsure). There were exposed wires under the table. The television remote didn’t have a back. Duct Tape was covering one and a half battery. The balcony roof had a hole in it. I took pictures as well. The lobby ceiling was leaking. I didn’t not sit or touch. I left and booked a hotel. I will NEVER stay at a Wyndham again.

I was not really amazed, specially the room I was giving when I originally book the room I requested for ocean front and I was giving a non ocean front view and i end up paying a lot of money for it and didn’t get what I really wanted at the end.

Room was gross , there was sand on the floor and flys in the room. We were placed on the first floor which seems as a pet/dog room because there POOP. On the small grass area outside the sliding doors. The sliding door rusty and window filthy . Couldn’t enjoy the outdide pool because people who cone from the beach , dips into the pool or clean off and its disgusting. Theres also bugs and hair in the pool and people still swim in it .other then that NICE HOTEL

The property need make over.there was no umbrella for beach..bathroom tub water doesnt go down drain Also there was no stopper for bathsink

Great location. Rooms dirty. Arrived to a sink full of black sticky goo in sink. Carpets not freshly vacuumed. Mold and algae in shower and toilet. Chair in room was broken and unusable. Elevators broken. Locks ran out of battery so keys didnt work. Sliding glass door fell. General urine smell throughout the hallways.

Stayed at this hotel For 3days and it was terrible We had to call for towels everyday Also tissue!

My room wasn’t clean, there was plastic cups under one of the beds

My friend and I were really excited about staying at this hotel. However from the moment we arrived it was very disorganized. Check in took 15-20 minutes. The front desk rep that checked me in had me swipe my card 3-4 times, from there she looked confused (didn't ask anyone around for assistance, jut stood there), I asked her if I should contact my bank. She said no, I guess the system was down. I got an ocean view room with double beds. There was a small bug under one of the pillows, had to call the desk several times for me to get 1 item. he view was amazing, but overall I was dissatisfied.

Cockroach in bathroom. Bed was sunken in and uncomfortable.

Ok stay. It’s a great location. Away from all of the hustle and bustle, and steps away from the ocean. Pet friendly which was our main reason for choosing. Our room was clean- but, bathroom ceiling was peeling really bad, shower curtain was ripped at the top making it impossible to shower with a closed curtain. We knew that most amenities would be closed with everything going on, so can’t comment on those. Staff was super friendly. Definitely wouldn’t pay what we paid again to stay, but if we caught it on sale we would stay again.

We are truly sorry for the unexpected timing of your door lock battery failing as that is a very rare occurrence. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience and frustration from that incident. We appreciate you and your children staying with us but are truly disappointed to read that your experience was less than perfect regarding our hotel condition and the service which you received. The last few months have put quite a strain on the staff and management yet that is not an excuse to lower your expectations. It is fantastic to see that you had a great time with us! We hope your visit was relaxing and all that you expected from a beach vacation. Our room accommodations are incredibly comfortable and convenient with all the in-room amenities such as the coffee maker, refrigerator and wi-fi access.
