Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront

for a single night stay we experienced a reasonable and clean hotel with highly restrictive parking but an abysmal restaurant where the food was almost inedible as being undercooked or overcooked. excessively spiced and seafood that was less than fresh. The restaurant's service was challenged at best. The rest of the property was clean, comfortable, and you can't beat the location or the view. This property is ideally located on the north end of VB, away from the noise of the tourist trade.

One of the worst hotels I done stay in. The pool was so dirty it was a shame. The rooms was sort of ok if it wasn't so many bugs flying in the room. And the windows of the hotel looks like they have dried up soap on them

Housekeeping of room was poor! In every corner it was dirt! Dusty dirty! My fault for not doing my research before booking a room that was non refundable! Yes it's oceanfront rooms but secluded an way on other side of beach! Away from all other hotels attraction restaurants an fun! It's sits in a neighborhood with houses where look like neighbors come play volleyball! Place needs painting an facelift! Jet for hot tub button is broke! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in all my life!

This location was such a great for our Aston AA cheerleaders to stay to attend the US Finals. It was on the beach, had a decent pool, was close to the convention center etc. The girls made memories to last forever!

The only thing missing from this was free breakfast. We checked in on Thursday night, everything was very clean, even in our pet friendly room, you wouldn't have known there had been other dogs there. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, mattress was a little firm, but not too much (and I like plushy). There was a desk to do work which was nice. The view was amazing. On Saturday it was very busy, there was a wedding in the early afternoon on the patio, and then a live band that played until 9pm, very cool! Listened to some tunes, hung out on the balcony :) Everyone was very friendly toward our dog, the hotel provided a grassy area with bags and trash can for clean up which was great! We were away from the over crowded hustle and bustle of the main strip which was perfectly fine for us, but if you like the nightlife you would have to go to it. We would definitely stay here again while in the area.

It was quit place, staff very hepful but upedates needed in pool area and some bedrooms . Our room was not cleaned when we got there and they moved us to another room which needed towels etc. Appreciate the discount since we had to move.

There were no chairs in the room to sit on. Thought a hotel the caliber of the Wyndham would have better furnishings. Had to continually ask for the bare necessities like toilet paper, tissues and clean towels. The young man that was the housekeeper didn't speak English so my husband left a list each day that wasn't followed. Going back down the Boardwalk.

We had a large conference and I believe the staff was just not ready. The hotel was nice we just did not get our room cleaned the entire stay. We had to ask for towels and toilet items.

Though we had thrown out our car keys by mistake with the trash. I explain what had happen at the lobby, they contacted house keeping for the 6th floor. To cut it short Daquin our 6th floor person took me to the dumpster, This Man offered to go in the dumpster to look for our car keys instead of me. Well that isnt going to happen after it was our own fault, i didn't find the key but it does show the level of service at this hotel. Thank you Daquin

Hotel a little out the way with no other bars/restaurants in easy walking distance, but for me preferable to the boardwalk area which can get very noisy. Staff helpful and friendly, rooms a little tired and in need of a makeover. Food only average, had to send undercooked chicken back and noticed other customers also retuning meals.
