We encountered some problems, but the staff was responsive. We didn't have hot water, and we were moved quickly. The toilet in the new room ran constantly, no matter how much handle-jiggling we did. Nonetheless, the friendliness of the staff more than made up for the minor inconveniences. I guess the only other thing I would mention is that we were told to scan a QR code to pay for parking. Yeah, no. I asked for the fee to be put on the room bill and they gave me a hang tag. Again, I appreciate the responsiveness of the staff.
