I booked a non smoking room, but was told I would need to pay extra for a nonsmoking room when I checked in and only one roll of TP would be provided by the hotel during my 10 day stay any extra was on me. Really? Even if you confirm late check-in through Orbitz, the office closes at 7:00 with this chain. It is close to lots of places to eat, cheap gas and the Warehouse clubs and places to shop. I was working, so I don't know about Sightseeing stuff.
The hotel was somewhat clean. I asked for a king size bed and was given a queen size. The pillows were wore out. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The next time I am in the area I would not be staying there .
Its ok for a short stay!! Remodeled ,,,some decent up grades,,,,would stay again if around that area
Service was great bed was a little rough and the couch had a funky smell and its was non smoking.... other than that its was ok
Had great relaxing time staff was great room clean n very quit.
This was a very nice & cheap hotel. I did have a a problem with the room keys and my room was missing a shower curtain which was kinda weird. But overall it was a very nice looking and cheap hotel to stay at for a few nights. I would stay here again.
This was a better stay than the last motel I was sent me to, it was clean, cool, had every thing at our disposal, and I could sleep better than at the last place! Thank you for sending me to Crestwood Suites! I really enjoyed it! There was even a pool!
st room assigned to was actually being remodled. Very odd odor in new room, asked for additional bath towel, hotel did not have any available. No breakfast. Room was not cleaned duringtwo day visit. Towels were not changed each day. Had to reuse old towel.
Had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the front desk for check-in. Had non-smoking room but still reaked of smoke. Wife went and slept in the truck. Other than location and the room and building weren't falling apart, there was not much else to like.
i only stayed at night and didn't take advantage of any of the amenities. However, the room was clean, I felt comfortable walking on the carpet barefoot and the bed was comfortable. Also, it was very quiet at night when I was there. However, daily housekeeping was not available, the towels were thin and when I did ask for housekeeping they forgot to replenish the towels. The front desk staff were courteous but not overly friendly or helpful.
Good Value for the money. Staff very friendly. Full size kitchen nice (my stove did not work, no other rooms available for holiday wknd), Bed & pillows were hard (bring your own pillows), furnishings are dated
No bells or whistles, but it was ok. I'd stay there again. The room had a full size fridge, microwave, and a stove!
They did not have our reservation[...] when we arrived. the rooms were ok, staff was friendly.
The hotel was gross. I was on a "non-smoking" floor but it was clearly used for smoking rooms because the place smelled of stale cigarettes. It was dirty and not kept up well. The beds were really gross and I got bit by something during the night, so I am assuming there were bugs in the beds. The air conditioner smelled when we turned it on and leaked all over the floor at night. There were people walking around the hotel with bottles of beer, clearly drunk. Was not a place for my family. I was really upset with this hotel. Probably the grossest I've ever stayed in.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. However, the beds were uncomfortable and the TV was an old Zeinith(No Flat Screens Here).
My Stay was great.It's close to the highway and lots of shopping.I arrived at 230am and stayed for 2 nights.No housekeeping, I didnt even get to ask if I needed any clean items.Bad housekeeping!!!!
