Good location. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean and good amenities. Exactly what I needed for my trip.

Really nice people and cool experience. A lot of automation and a luggage robot to store bags... crazy right? But fun. Know all food services are not connected to Hotel so no “put it on my room”. Really cool cabins but small. Pretty much al you need. Like a nice cruise ship.

My first impression was what did we do? It felt a little strange since it is more technically driven than people delivered experience. However, in less than 24 hours we got used to it and liked it! Very clean rooms, smart room design, cool terrace, great city views, and awesome location! For a four day stay, I couldn’t have asked for more.

Amazing location. Walking distance to Hell’s Kitchen, Times Square, Broadway, and the subway. The queen executive suite had floor to ceiling windows overlooking Manhattan. So nice to just lay in bed and watch the city. The room was small but quaint. It was clean. The only odd thing was there was a spare window shade laying on the floor below the TV. I think it must have been forgotten. The bathroom was small. Not really much space to put your travel bag or toiletries. Also, the door to the bathroom is just a sliding glass door. Not much privacy. The kiosks did not work for me at check in or check out. So I had to go to the desk. The staff that we did encounter were very nice.

I’ve stayed here the last time I came to the city and am happy I did again. Consistently wonderful. I look forward to staying here next time too.

Loved this hotel , comfortable colorful friendly and helpful

Great use of technology at the hotel - chromecast, lights, etc.

I really love it Beautiful and the stuff and office desk are nice people Thank you

On the morning of 8/27/18 my family and I were coming in from a tour, I was finishing a half bagel left over from the start of my day, I decided to grab a small coffee at the stand inside the hotel when when an older Asian guy (staff) said to me that I couldn’t eat it there that no outside food was allowed and that I had to go on the other side. I mentioned to him that the opposite side had no seating and that I was buying coffee there and also a resident. He said that I could drink my coffee but I couldn’t eat the rest of my bagel. He served me my coffee I sat down to drink it he walked to the back then out comes his manager, an older lady with dark hair and a heavy accent saying that I had to go away from the cafe if I was going to finish my pastry. No exceptions even as a resident, paying customer. She wanted me as I was clearly taking the last bite to get up from my seat and go swallow my food on the other side. I thought my experience and how the staff handled it was rude and showed a lack of customer service. I felt discriminated, embarrassed, harassed and like my presence was not appreciated. I regret spending my money at a hotel that’s associated with such an unprofessional, inconsiderate staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Nice, unique and clean hotel. Rooms are small but was good enough size for my boyfriend and I. The bed was comfy and tv was nice size. Only thing I recommend is more towels in the room.

Walking distance to Time Square and subway, small but very efficient rooms, very comfortable for 2 people. Only thing missing is coffee.

Key cards did not work initially. Was denied room check out by phone which is rather standard. Shortage of hotel staff.

Just ok, room was on the higher price side and Did not expect that carpet on the floor would be so evidently dirty. So ,what als you can think when first making a step to the hotel and see dirty and worn out carpet ....

It was nice and modern with a good location close to everything
