The hotel is nice great area but the rooms are not soundproof. We were hearing noises in our room. Two of the vents had a green little light im not sure what it was they would blink my friend room didnt have those in her vent. The little washcloth in the bathroom were not clean you can still see little stains. The best part was the balcony n location n the bed it was comfty

The hotel was not easily identified from the street but luckily I saw the small scripted Nolitan sign in the corner of the window. Its a neon sign so its probably better seen at night. The front desk staff were nice and accomodating when I asked for a late check out. The room looks EXACTLY like the picture. Just enough room for 1 or 2 people. I'd visit here again. They definitely should have salted or shoveled in front of the hotel a little better. I almost slipped Saturday morning.

Beautiful hotel, surprisingly spacious rooms for NYC. I'd definitely stay here again.

The rooms were small but efficiently designed. Liked have a balcony. Would have like a more obvious location to drop off bags prior to check in.

Fantastic customer service, very cool hotel, awesome location. Loved it.

Cute hotel, friendly staff and great location. Will stay there again.

Nice staff and beautiful room with view. Clean, with just the right amount of space

We live in NJ. My 2 adult daughters and I decided to take a 3 day trip to NYC and act like tourists. The Nolitan Hotel staff helped us with so many wonderful suggestions (even what to order for breakfast when visiting another restaurant:)). They helped make our trip so incredibly memorable! The hotel itself had a great balcony, high end fixtures, unique design choices, fabulous bedding and robes. It allowed us to walk to Little Italy, So Ho, East and West Village for so many fun great things to do local bands interesting venues, comedians and wonderful food. We took a 5 minute cab ride to both Wall street (which had a festival and great things to see) and then the Brooklyn Bridge (walking over it was absolutely incredible). AWESOME trip!

I booked the standard room and it was very nice. The size was larger then I expected for a New York City hotel room. The WiFi was free but once a day it would go out and come back after they rebooted the system. You could open the window if you would like and the mattress and pillows were good quality. The lobby was not great. They are renovating the restaurant in the hotel and during the day construction sounds and smells filled the lobby. When they are working, you couldn't hang out in the lobby, it was too loud. Location of the hotel was great.
