The room could use more storage. A cloth one-column dresser that looks made for a college dorm was unacceptable. Also the ceiling decor was very strange and did not go with the room vibe.

I walked in the hotel to check in and I was greeted by the friendliest staff, it was an awesome experience, the front desk staff was amazing super professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It had an amazing view to the Empire State Building. Perfect location. Loved the hotel, highly recommend.

It was the least comfortable bed I’ve slept in at a hotel, and my back hurts so much from my stay. The room was so small you could barely get around. The drawers were cheap cloth cubbies in a cheap shelf likely bought off amazon that belonged more in a freshman dorm room than a hotel. I regret having booked through Expedia because I wasn’t able to change hotels after my first night and had to endure 9 nights. The staff was kind and the location was good. But I will not be staying here again.
