The place was amazing, the heating was amazing as well it was the perfect temperature. Unfortunately there was no mini fridge or anything but there were great eats around the area. Staff were good. The views were amazing and we had no issues at all. It was in a very central area where you could catch the 6 uptown and downtown. Very walkable area as well. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine, except for one thing- the noise level in the room is TERRIBLE! Every time somebody used a bathroom or shower in the other rooms, it sounded like the whole plumbing was ripped out of the walls in my room. AC was very noisy as well, but the bathroom noise was the worst I’ve ever heard. I barely got 3 hours of sleep.

I got what I paid for, I was cold and could not sleep the first night-Saturday. 2nd floor, could hear all people walking by and cars like crazy. No heat in room. I would I stay again, yes! Price was fair for location and close to subway. I would definitely be prepared for next trip

Room was clean, big enough for a pod. Location is great next to the E train. Lots of restaurants around. Good bagels too. Staff responsible, respectful and friendly. Not sure if this review will be cancelled.. it could be the hotel or Expedia or they cooked this together. Using a Canadian app, default to CAD$, this particular listing managed to list the price surreptitiously in U$. With a fine print that this hotel is listed in U$ currency. Be aware of this information when booking! The price being in US dollars ended up at par white other hotels with better amenities and space. Double check when booking.

My flight to NY was cancelled by the airline due to the government shutdown - there were insufficient air traffic control workers at the airport to allow my incoming flight to land. Called POD51 (and Hotels.com). POD51 refused to allow me to cancel, reschedule or use even a partial amount of the funds as a credit for a future stay. Hotels.com tried for several days to have POD51 issue at least a partial credit to no avail.
