La ducha para bañarse que es de Manguera

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel from the day I arrived until I left. The building is really nice. There is movie-style terrace where you can take as many photos as you want with skyscrapers in the background. The property is located near everything: restaurants, banks, convenient stores, and the Grand Central station. The courtesy of the staff is really impressive. The security guards, the housekeepers and the front desk personnel are very well-trained. Calling a taxi in NYC can be problematic but that is not the case if you stay at this hotel because the staff can book transportation for you easily. Even the taxi driver who took me to LaGuardia was courteous. Will stay at this again, and many times. Congratulations to the management!

Very nice and neat. I must go back again. Staff was super polite.

Stayed for one night but it was overall great! Room was kind of small but it was clean and comfy. Felt safe there with this whole COVID. The only negative was I stayed on the 8th fl and the ice machine is on the 3rd, and there’s no ice buckets you have to use a bag lol, staff was nice as well

The space was clean and well kept. The street noise was minimal. The staff was incredible. I could not find a place to park. The desk clerk came to the curb to direct me to the garage. He did this in person rather over the phone. I was impressed. The only negative experience was that the buttons in the elevator were malfunctioning. The hotel is in the process of replacing. Also, a boisterous and rude couple in the hallway awoke me on the middle of the night. The closeness of the rooms made this happen. This is a great place to stay.

This is a perfect location in Midtown Manhattan. Staff was beyond helpful, gracious and friendly. We were even allowed to check in early which we were not expecting at all. They have a wonderful happy hour on the rooftop. Overall, it was a very great experience.

The elevator is a disaster. Besides being slow to arrive, you are supposed to use your key card to get to you floor but it often doesn’t work. I and other guests I noticed had to ride the elevator past our floors and back to ground several times before being able to activate our correct floor.

Good light (something rare in hotels these days), good closet and drawer space (also rare), bed and chair, all in a room that is compact without ever feeling small, just efficient. Great amenities - happy hour, snacks 24/7, free laundry (!), gym with Peleton and more, and a nice outdoor space high up to sit and enjoy. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, eager to help.

My room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the yoga mat in the room with some videos loaded on the TV to allow me to stretch after my flight. The room certainly could have done with some soundproofing. I heard everything going on in the halls and, since I was only on the second floor, I heard everything happening on the street. Thankfully I was still able to sleep since I brought earplugs. Staff were very friendly.

We were a couple but the room we had was really set up for one person. The bed sagged in the middle since mostly single people people had used it. The bedding was too hot. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom. Otherwise ok. There was a $21 surcharge since we used Bookings.com. That was bad for the website and bad for the Hotel.

Upstairs lounge with complimentary snacks and beverages was very nice amenity. Room very comfortable, bathroom modern and well-appointed. It was nice to have the Keurig along with creamers for my morning jump-start. Staff extremely helpful and considerate in expediting my check-out. Excellent location.
