Everything great except bathroom not in room and walk up steps

Amazing hotel and the staff was pretty rude, they weren’t very nice or approachable. For the overall value of the hotel is a good choice just don’t expect so much from the staff as far as friendliness, also has a small breakfast which is a plus.

Wouldn't say that pictures are representative enough. It's a walk up with bath on the floor. My room was horrible. Bed is uncomfortable.

I've stayed in lots of cheap, hostel-like places in New York, and even the YMCA. This is the worst one I've stayed in. Things like 5th floor walkups and bathrooms down the hall I expected, but the staff was terribly rude to an older lady who heard a mouse in her room (basically called her a liar even though a mouse is not the sort of creature that's just going to hang out in the middle of the floor while hotel staff looks for it). Additionally, the mattress was AWFUL, like a mostly deflated air mattress that squeaked really loudly every time you twitched a toe. Getting out of it was like getting out of one of those Chinese finger traps.

Small rooms and a common bath with no towels The hotel provided no options for parking and we had to pay for Internet

Arrive before finalizing bikinis Hotel insisted there was no room not even on any sites available for us insisted we must be mistaken. Rooms you have no control over heat or temperature no washcloths hand towels paper towels or napkins or tissues of any kind and next door neighbor broke in and ransacked room looking for valuables Hotel response was okay
