The Fitzpatrick is a total delight! Rooms are large, clean and well appointed, with very comfortable beds. Staff are all helpful and friendly, some have a charming Irish accent! A lovely hotel in a fabulous location!!

Older hotel but very clean and nice. Nice beds. Lots of towels, closet space.

We loved the room. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the amenities were perfect. Felt like I was at home. Thank you for a great stay

Nice small city hotel. Fine if not looking for luxuries but want clean, neat. Bed wobbly and cheap-feeling. Shower absurd with very little water and not adjustable. Those things really bring it down.

I have been searching for years for a value boutique hotel in NYC and the Fitzpatrick is perfection. Intimate, classic and gracious, this European hotel is is an oasis amidst the city hustle bustle. Welcoming in every way, the staff is friendly, attentive and accomodating the interior decor is traditionally appointed and polished, and the ammenties include a cozy bar and restaurant and a distinctly European menu and clientele. The room was sweet and the bed plush and wonderfully comfortable. Old world charm at its best.

I was supposed to have a single bed room but instead got a double bed room which was fine, but overall the room just wasn't very comfortable. There was literally one outlet located on the lamp post and it was so old it didn't hold the actual prongs for my charger so it fell out constantly. Also I was there on business, so for me the desk space was a little small and again i could only plug one thing in at a time (barely). I also didn't like how the shower came straight down so even though I didn't want to get my hair wet, it was almost impossible for it not to even though the hotel does provide shower caps, but those never work for my hair. Overall the place served its purpose, more annoying than anything serious.

This hotel offer great service & location. Overall everything is Better that I expected. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very nice hotel. Great value. Just one issue with the room: Sheer curtains don't block out light at night.

I was completely satisfied with my stay. The personnel were all friendly, courteous & extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again. My extra bonus was that the hotel is extremely close to the family (grandchildren) I had come to N.Y to see.

The hotel was clean, reasonably roomy for midtown, and the staff was polite and friendly.

I actually booked this hotel thinking it was its sister - The Fitzpatrick Grand Central. I obviously liked the first one enough to stay again, but this location is even more convenient and gracious. The room was spacious and I enjoyed the amenities of a fresh fruit bowl waiting for me in my room and the comfy robe.

My first time stay and iim with my wife really satisfied with the hotel romm and the location very good too

Perfect location... close to everything... cute and cozy... good service... could use some remodeling in the rooms as they look old...

The suite we had was huge and had a separate living room with flat screen TV, which is a far cry from the usual claustrophobic manhattan hotel rooms. The bedroom had its own flat panel TV and a walk in closet! There is also a separate bar area with sink and mini fridge. This hotel room is bigger than many 1 bedroom apartments in Manhattan at 625 sq ft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some minor drawbacks are the dated decor and the elevators (2 total) that's shared by guest and service, and seemed to have stayed in the basement level for 7 minutes while guests waited on the lobby floor. Overall very satisfied and will come back to The Fitzpatrick at 57th and Lex again, especially for any business on the east side.

Everything was perfect from the valet parking to the service and the room. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was spectacular. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was over the top. We will be back.................

The Hotel staff was great! Clean , Quiet and good amenities.

Centrally located yet quiet and comfortable, the fitzpatrick manhattan met all our expectations. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a small but comfortable and well appointed room, comfortable bed, pleasant and helpful staff, quiet and cosy considering the location in the city that never sleeps, it doesnt! Would certainly consider the Fitzpatrick the next time we visit new york.

What a deal! We booked a quick trip for our anniversary (Fr-Sun) and this was the best price for being close to some major tourist attractions. It did not disappoint! We were able to get a room by 12:30pm after arriving at 8:30am. The room was much bigger than I anticipated and very clean with a super comfortable bed! The location of the hotel was amazing. The subway was two blocks away, and we were easily able to walk to Times Square, Central Park, Bryant Park, and MoMA. We were out and about all weekend exploring, so we really just needed the hotel to shower and sleep but it was better than what we needed. I will definitely stay here again next time we decide to visit NYC and highly recommend you check it out as well.

The location was just perfect for all I wanted to see and do in Manhattan. The bed was so comfortable!!! Loved the ceiling shower head and the A/C was an instant cool down. The staff was some of the best I have ever seen! Kind, polite, helpful, and always smiling!!!! Definitely a 4-star hotel!

I´m returning from a 4 nights stay at Fitzpatrick Manhattan. The room was available for my since 8am so that was great. Good staff, good room, old bed covers, old towels, old windows.. Great location and great pancakes for breakfast, expensive restaurant but good.
