Great location!! The check-in process was smooth. The room is a little bit outdated.

This hotel is in a great location, but there are a ton of better hotels right next door. The rooms are decorated in a dark brown color, which makes the entire room feel dark and unclean. Major updates needed throughout! They charge for Wi-Fi - which is free at The Maxwell - which is next door. Also, this hotel was slammed with crowds of flight attendants. They congregated in the lobby every day and it created so much congestion.

The hotel staff was great!!! I had no issues with checking in or out

Great location, good rates, got upgraded to King size bed However, room was very warm, thermostat was set at 50 so temp couldn't be lowered Had to call housekeeping to clean room later afternoon 2x before they finally came

My bathroom tub was very slow to drain. I hated the light in the bathroom. No coffee available in the lobby was a disappointment. A fan blew non stop in my room and it was distracting and uncomfortably loud. The bed was made nicely and comfortable. It was quiet on my floor. The doorman was helpful.

Wifi was $14.95 per day. No free water bottles in the room. It costs $2 per bag to check them in and out. Those are things im used to getting free at other hotels. Not here. Im a platinum vip orbitz member 5 years running.

It was very clean the ladies who clean our room always ask if everything was good the guys at the door always were nice

Excellent location. Property well maintained and staff well trained and professional. Chocolate cookies always available and fresh and delicious. The only weakness is that the restaurant was not open for dinner, only breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Long check in lines. Our room was in rough shape and the staff was generally rude and not helpful. Also got over charged for parking. We checked out a day early because it was so bad.

Location, rooms clean, doormen are very helpful and polite. Your bar staff could be a lot more friendlier

Clean place... very nice employees... recommend having room service or on hand menus for places that do delivery ( or a list of them and their numbers
