Everything about this place was absolutely lovely and the staff were wonderful and welcoming. Rooms were clean well kept and beds were super comfortable. Best breakfast hands down of any motel. Great place to stay.

The location is great for walking. Nice rooms pool area is perfect and the massage chairs in the lobby are a must do blissful to relax after a day of walking. Staff lied about a group coming in when we requested a late check out as we were determining if we were staying another night so we had to evacuate our room promptly. After making the decision we were staying one more night in our car we had to rent another room and recheck in to which we discovered the reason they were not allowing a late checkout was a group was checking. After checking in for that day we discovered no group and the room unoccupied, meaning a late check out could have been honored. Maybe charge a late checkout by hour to accommodate those requests with having to lie to your customers, just my thoughts.

This is our favorite motel in downtown Nashville. Although the rooms are small, they are comfortable and well-maintained. We were in Nashville specifically to see shows at the Frist Center. It is a short walk away and also easily accessed by vehicle. There is a row of good restaurants across the street from the property.

The breakfast was very good, staff kept the food available for the many people who came through. We had a handicapped room at the rear corner of the property. A/C unit was noisy. Bins for dirty linens were stored right outside our room. Handicapped bathroom was recently renovated but the marble-like tile was VERY slippery when wet. I asked at the office for a rubber mat but nothing was available. Since my husband has poor balance this was dangerous. I laid towels on the floor of the shower and in his path so he wouldn't fall. Also to get to the breakfast from our room we had to walk from the back of the motel and then climb a half flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Otherwise I would have to drive him around from our room to the front to avoid the stairs. I realize that some of this is unavoidable due to the construction of the building, but the slippery floors and noisy A/C could certainly be addressed.

We were booked on a ground floor near the pool, we noticed a few spiders and small bugs in the bathroom and just figured it was fine because they were normal bugs. a little skeptical but nothing to worry about. Until we woke up in the morning and found a huge cockroach on its back, still very alive. We were switched to another room no problem, but i was very upset with finding that in my bathroom. Especially when we complained about it, she said, “you’ll have bugs with a ground floor”!! i don’t know what hotel accepts bugs on their ground floor, but i hope the bugs paid $200 a night like me

Close to downtown, easy 1.3 mile walk or scooter ride. Hotels very dated, lots of fragrance smells to cover up smells, lacking maintenance and general care. Price reflects these issues and it worked just fine for the one night we stayed. If we’d been down for more than one night, this would not be an option for us.

Amazing shower

We arrived early and allowed us to check in. Quiet, clean and close to Broadway. Shower was amazing. Room was clean. Paying to park your car is bogus. The breakfast was nothing Ive experienced in TN before. Cold and the sausage looked extremely undercooked and gray so didn’t try it. Staff and important things went well. Would stay again.
