The room was clean. The staff was somewhat rude. I dropped my parking pass in the lobby before I even left the lobby. Searched everywhere. Walked back up to the front desk and asked if they would ressue since I have replaced it and I was told for a fee of $20 that they could. My husband came from outside and helped me look and we finally found it it had gotten tucked up against the counter. They offered a breakfast buffet but we were leaving at 6:30 and the doors to the breakfast area were locked up and no lights on. The facility is about 2 miles away from Broadway. We hired an Uber to get there. Overall a decent experience

Room was dirty and outdated compared to photos online. Curtains did not cover windows completely. Service was questionable. Parking cost extra. Lots of broken glass in parking lot from vehicles getting broken into. Avoid if possible.
