Check in day - staff didn’t explain breakfast or extra hold of $150 on my debit card until I went down and inquired about bot Next day - find out restaurant advertised on their website looked nothing like what was there (frozen pizza and salads only), room not cleaned until after 5 PM Day 3 - room not coeaned at all - we had to go to desk to get towels and washcloths Checkout - we weren’t offered a check out statement. It was provided after request. .***Holiday Inn has been our go-to place, but we are reconsidering after the problems of the long weekend trip.

I was called the evening that I was to check in to be told my room was no longer available and that I would need to drive back to the airport and stay there. This was a huge inconvenience and ended up costing me more money. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn due to that kind of service.

We stayed here for a visit to nashville. It was nice because they had a shuttle that went down to Printers Alley. We did not use it we were able to walk it was about 28 minutes each way. The room was big and clean. The free parking and free Wi-Fi were great.
